This dental office is truly amazing! I first visited about a year ago for a dental emergency, and I’ve been coming back ever since.
The office has a consistently welcoming and professional atmosphere, and everyone shares the same dedication to high-quality care. Dr. Zhao, an absolute angel, and all the wonderful staff are incredibly patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and making sure I understand each procedure and its cost.
Overall, this is undoubtedly a five-star practice that I wholeheartedly recommend!
This is a great dentist office. Jessica took great care of me today and Dr. Andersen and the team are always calm and steady. So steady that my smart watch thought I took a nap during my cleaning visit and my filling visit. They also have golf digest in the waiting room and I read a really funny article during my short wait.
Dr. Andersen, plus a variety of amazing dental hygienists, and the team at Hillsborough St. did amazing work on my tragic slew of adulthood cavities and filling replacements. The good docs knowledgeable and chipper demeanor helped alleviate any dental anxiety, and they worked with a steady and careful hand, always putting the patients feedback at the forefront. Probably the most transparent and simple checkout at the end, with a helpful insurance breakdown that i can’t say i’ve received anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend!
Amazing! The best and most informative dental facility I've ever been to. Dr Andersen explained everything in detail, but so a normal person could understand without talking down to me. The big thing is how pleasant everyone was and how non stressful my procedures were. Even the numbing injections were easy.
This was my first appointment at Hillsborough Street Dental, and let me just say ….they understood the assignment. From the moment I walked in, the entire team moved with a level of professionalism and calm that immediately put me at ease. No rushing, no guessing, no surprises. Every single thing they did was explained before they did it, and that alone made me feel cared for instead of processed.
My visit ended with getting a cavity filled, and even that was painless… like, genuinely painless. They checked in with me the whole time, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like a person whose experience mattered, not just another slot on the schedule.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Zhao and her hygienists. From the reception to the chair, everyone is warm and welcoming. I have had a filling redone and just had my wisdom teeth extracted. During each process, especially the extractions, Dr. Zhao and her staff made the removal far more tolerable than I could have imagined. I felt very safe with them. I plan on being a lifelong patient.
