I contacted HQ Remodeling and Design for an estimate. I met them through SoCal Basketball because he sponsors the program and was impressed by their professionalism and great work. They know what they are doing here and will refer other customers to them.

I reached out to HQ Remodeling about getting an estimate for a pretty big remodeling project. I originally heard about them through SoCal Basketball Club, which they sponsor. Everyone I talked to was really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their team gave me some honest feedback and a few things to think about that I really appreciated. I haven’t started the project yet, but based on my experience so far, I’d definitely feel comfortable working with them in the future.
Raphael came out to provide us with an estimate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us some great information and recommendations. We really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. We are definitely considering moving forward with this company and would highly recommend giving them a call!
Hi Jeffrey,
Thank you for the kind words! We’re glad Raphael was able to help and provide helpful recommendations. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to working with you!

I was looking for a dependable service, and I am glad I made this choice. The communication was excellent, the team was professional, and the work was completed with great care. The final result turned out beautifully and was exactly what I hoped for.
HQ just finished a major project for us. We worked with Tali to have the house painted, wood repaired, property line established and wall built. We widened our driveway and had artificial turf installed. My husband and I are thrilled with how everything turned out. Tali's and the team's communication throughout the whole process was wonderful and when there were hiccups, they got resolved right away. Many of our neighbors are commenting on how nice everything looks. It's such a joy to turn onto our street and see our house. With the way everything turned out, it feels like we have a brand new home. Thank you, HQ!
Hi Nita,
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you and Don on your project. We’re so happy to hear that you’re both thrilled with how everything turned out and that your home feels brand new. We really appreciate your trust in our team and your kind words about our communication. It means a lot to us to know that you’re enjoying the results every time you come home. Thank you again for choosing HQ!

I highly recommend HQ Remodel & Design. We hired them for a backyard remodel while we were living across the country, managing the entire project remotely. Partway through, we realized we also needed a good chunk of interior work done before we could move in — and Rapha and his team saved us and got the whole thing done in time, so our cross-country move didn’t slip a single day.
Doing all of this remote was nerve-wracking. Rapha kept us completely in the loop, sent updates, and never once made us chase him down. Trusting a contractor with your house sight-unseen from 3,000 miles away is a lot to ask, and he made it feel easy.
The backyard came out incredible — pavers and a beautiful new outdoor kitchen that completely transformed the space. Inside, they redid our first floor with new flooring, cabinets, quartz counters, and fresh paint. Everything is clean, modern, and exactly the look we wanted.
If you’re around OC and want a team that actually shows up, communicates, and does great work — Rapha is your guy.
Thank you for the kind review. It was a pleasure working with you on your project.

This review is long overdue. We can’t thank Ralpha and Carlos enough for transforming our once bare, plain backyard into a beautiful oasis. Carlos’s craftsmanship is truly exceptional—the results speak for themselves. Every detail was approached with care and precision, and it shows in the final outcome.

Super thankful for finding HQ remodeling but especially Rapha and Carlos. They helped us from design stage to incredible craftsmanship and cleaned everything up. Professional at every step and over delivered. The pavers, charcoal boarder, drainage, drip systems and so so many small touches in the brick work is amazing. Strongly recommend.

We did a full kitchen remodel in April 2026. Dan was our project manager and he did a great job organizing all the subcontractors and communicating the timeline with us. We started with a design meeting and we were able to see what the final design would look like. They took measurements and generated the design on the spot. The renderings matched the final product very, very closely.
Throughout the process Dan would check in every day to ensure progress was happening at an acceptable pace. They even worked on one weekend to make sure we could meet our original cabinet delivery date (the city ran later than expected with when they could do their inspection, which put us behind). They worked around all our time constraints as well and were super flexible. From an original timeline of 8 weeks, we were actually able to finish in 5 weeks, even with a full rewire of added scope. This was only possible (I think) because Dan lined up all the subcontractors so well with no wasted days. There was someone working everyday, pretty much all day.
I appreciated having input through the whole process, especially in picking all the finishes and appliances. We picked out our own finishes and Dan helped us to find savings where possible, which helped to keep the whole project (including add-ons) under the original estimates (without the additional scope like the rewire) we got from other companies.
Overall, everyone was very timely, very open in their communication, and ensured everything came out to our satisfaction (even if it meant some additional work on their part).
Hi David,
Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you had a great experience and that you're happy with your new kitchen. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Dan and the team. We truly appreciate your trust in us and hope you enjoy your beautiful kitchen for years to come!

Tali was our project manager on our front yard remodel and it came out amazing. She got us a quote in under 48 hours and was super quick and responsive during the whole project. When miscommunication happened, she was quick to offer solutions. We love how our yard came out and the working team led by Mel did an amazing job. They did this while thing in 2 weeks. Crazy.
Definitely give these guys a chance to quote your next project. You won't regret it
Hi Nick,
