David is the most knowledgeable appliance repair person I have ever met. He diagnosed the issue immediately and explained my options. I have used him twice and each time it was really remarkable how well he was able to help me.

So I originally contacted Geek Squad to come for service on my Whirlpool dryer, they couldn’t get to me for 6 days!!! They also want to charge an arm and a leg, even though I have a total protection membership, tell me how that’s right?!
Needless to say I looked for an alternative route and so glad I came upon HPS Appliance Repair! It was late at night so I made an appointment online, easy peasy…they contacted me back immediately and set up a diagnosis appt for next day!!! The technician was nice and very informative, he was able to fix my dryer in this same appt because he had the part on hand! That’s not even the best part… the service fee was waived and I only had to pay for the parts and labor, you cannot ask for anything better than that!!!

David A was amazing. He managed to bring life back to a Dacor stovetop that was at least 15 years old. He explained everything about what was wrong and when the part arrived he spent ample time making sure that the pop up vent hood worked like a new one. I recommend him highly! He also vacuumed the couple’s on my subzero refrigerator and had it cooling and making ice again!

These guys did not give up on a complicated built in microwave. Took a couple of days to complete but they were professional, very clean in the repair and successful in their mission. I will definitely use them again and advise others to call them when needed.
