Howard Publications have basically stolen my money. They published my first novel and made a complete mess of it with the layout and spelling errors. Even though during the proofreading i told them and pointed out the errors. Unfortunately for me! I had already pre paid for my second novel. After the complete mess they made of the first publication i decided i would not use them for the second and therefore requested the return of my payment. Their response was that it was not company policy to return money. They did nothing to earn or deserve this money as no work had been started, thankfully on the second publication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scammers and not to be trusted!
Authors Beware! They have been "working" on my book for over 6 months. It is a simple rewrite of a children's book that is only 32 pages, and they simply cannot get it done. There are delays after delays, etc. They have transferred me to four different reps. You cannot speak with designers directly. It has been a complete disaster. Now they are non-responsive.
