Houzd facilitated the smoothest first time home-ownership pursuit I could’ve ever asked for. They really understand the ins and outs of FHA, first home assistance and navigating whatever credit situation you may be finding yourself in. They won’t waste your time and will be relaying exactly what is needed from you each step of the way and what can realistically be expected from you financially to truly make it happen.
