Carter Cambell and his team at Houzd were AMAZING! We had a pretty tricky situation, and they got it all solved and done in TWO WEEKS (and over Christmas no less!!!!). Seriously, didn't think it was possible. I have used different lenders before; this is my third time purchasing a home, and I have never used a better Lender or team. They communicated everything with us, and we got every question we asked answered. 10/10 recommend!!
