I've using Htown Steam for the last few years on 2 properties and the customer service is great. I've used them for rug cleaning and carpet shampooing.
Yesterday was the second time Michael came out to clean the same 2 polyester rugs from before and got out the dirtiness and light stains that were there. The rugs look like they are new again. I checked on the rugs today and they are dry. I'm very satisfied.

Highly recommend H-Town Steamers! Shai did an amazing job with my carpets. He was right on time, super helpful, and worked really fast to get everything done perfectly. He even gave me a courtesy call on Saturday to confirm, which I really appreciated. He definitely knows what he’s doing and left the whole place smelling brand new. If you need your carpets done, definitely ask for Shai.
DJ did an excellent job. He was punctual, very polite young man, helped moved some of the furniture, and did a thorough cleaning. Although some stains and heavy walkways were hard to come clean, that was expected. Everyone was very professional that includes you too Andrea, the first point of contact. And the house smells great! Thank you.
BJ did an excellent job!!! I don’t know why I didn’t take before and after photos but the carpet looks amazing! Definitely will use them again!
