Angus, the owner, is an upstanding young man who communicates with respect and professionalism. He and his team handled a very complex out-of-state moving situation that required delicate handling of many moving pieces (literally and figuratively!!). My antiques pieces and valuables were handled with the utmost care and respect. Even if he had not offered the most competitive price, I would have selected him based upon his respect, integrity and excellent communication skills. Great experience with House to House. They moved us from Mississippi to Texas. I set up everything with Angus. He was excellent at communication, gave us a quote and did not change the final price. On the day of, 4 movers came to load our stuff. It took about 2 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. They were polite, professional, and efficient. 2 of them, Carson and Jack (I think were their names) drove our stuff to Texas. They unloaded next day which took ~2 hours. Only issue was that one piece was damaged (came loose in the move). They were honest about what happened, and the company discounted the final price based on weight of the item (which is what we had initially agreed to). Things like this happen when you move furniture so I was happy with this efficient and honest response! Everything else turned out great. They were a pleasure to work with and a much better deal (cost-effective) than most companies. I recommend!
Angus and his guys are top notch! They went above and beyond to make sure that my move was as easy as possible. I even had a change to my move date which involved storing my trailer, but the guys easily accommodated me. I would highly recommend them to any one who wants to cut some of the hassle out of the tedious moving process!
