The team that installed our windows was friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up everything afterward and checked in with us to ensure we were pleased with the installation. The company was very responsive, and the price was very competitive for a quality product. I would highly recommend House Smart Home Improvements if you're planning on replacing your windows.
It has been two years since I had my air conditioning put in. I just want to say that I have been so pleased with their service and the air conditioning unit. It has been a godsend during hot days. Also, I am so glad that I went with this company as other companies were talking about ripping out my ceiling and walls in order to install the air conditioning unit. When the two gentlemen from House Smart came to install the unit, they went into the furnace room and looked at the way the boards were lining up in the ceiling and said there was no need to rip out the ceilings. They followed the boards which went to my back deck, and installed the unit under my deck. They also save me on having to have a cement base under my unit if it had been on any other side of the house. Also, being under the deck, it was protected from the elements. I really appreciate this company from saving me all the extra expenses that could’ve been if I had chosen someone else. Thanks again.
I would recommend anyone that needs doors, windows and anything else they offer to use them. We used them 12 or so years ago when we replaced all the doors and windows in our house, then this year our french doors that had internal blinds in them, the magnetic's broke. We opted to replace the doors completely as the doors were upgraded since then. House Smart did all the work and fitted the doors, were excellent on the install and fully cleaned up afterwards. The windows and other doors are still in great shape and never had a problem with them. They stand by their work, I can't speak more highly of them.
My old furnace stopped working in September and I was happy when House Smart, unlike other companies that I had contacted, responded promptly to my request for a quote. They also offered me the best price. House Smart was able to install our new high efficiency furnace quickly, offering us a and professional service. Richard came, cleaned furnace, we discussed maintenance. Then he cleaned our central air unit, he spent time cleaning the cooling fins and straigthening them out! Also discussed what I can do between services to keep in good condition. Richard spent the time to talk to me and answer my questions! All really good. Office stayed on top and made sure he was there and any follow ups.
Very Happy with House Smart Home Improvements. Salesperson was straighforward & honest. He understood what we wanted and didn't try to upsell. Installers were on time, friendly and respectful. Informed us of what they were doing throughout the day. Left the house and yard completely clean. 12 windows all in one day. Very Impressive! Also so happy that they are a local company and all windows were manufactured locally as well. Quality windows and Quality work. Would definitely recommend!!

We received three quotes for our windows, and House Smart Home Improvements was in the middle. The sales rep was great, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. We loved the crew that worked at our house and everything was good. The only thing we didn't love was the delay in which it took. It took almost eight months for our windows to actually come in and be installed from the point that we contacted them. The wait was not my favorite, but once it all got moving, it was really good. The crew worked great, and their communication was really good.
I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and patio door they supplied and installed. They installed a patio door and 4 windows. The team was very respectful, efficient & thorough. I am more than happy to recommend them.
