Jeff with Hot Tub Discounts came to service my hot tub, replaced the failed main motor and a new controller. As mine is an older unit (out of production) he had to make some minor changes to the tub structure which he managed expertly! He coached me on a potential adjustment that I could make on my own, which I did a few days later (saving the cost of another service call). I called to have my spa repaired. My spa is a 2015 model and i thought it was done being 10years old. They looked into my issue and figured out the issue and ordered the parts. The service from talking to scheduling to technicians diagnosis to the full repair was exceptional. I even ordered a new cover from them and it fit great. This is definitely the go to company for spa repair.

This was the 2nd time I purchased a hot tub cover from Hot Tub Discounts. They had retained all of my previous measurements and was super easy to order. Bethany was fantastic! I have been very happy with the quality of the cover. It lasted about 7-8 years which is very good given an icy and heavy snow environment
This company has to be the worst company to deal with after post sales. My hot tub kept breaking down leaks and things like that and they would come out and the guy caught the guy in the truck sleeping for two hours two or three times in the truck. they will come out and do work and charge me for it and they would not replace any components but said they did. Stay away from this company

The whole process was five stars! Walking into the showroom, we dealt with Alex, who was knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. Shelley, who scheduled the delivery, was friendly and professional. The delivery was excellent. Jeff and Adam were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend.
This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Heck I got mine installed end of July and had a few questions (Mid October now) and contacted Jeff via his phone and he was able to help me through some of my water balancing problems. He went above and beyond to help me. He contacted Shelly who was also very pleasent to work with and got me straightened out. Highly recommend!

Shelly was the first person I spoke with, and her knowledge and willingness to listen to my needs was so refreshing. Every time I’ve called in, she has been so friendly and helpful. Jeff, the repair technician, was equally amazing—he not only repaired the pump quickly and professionally, but also took the time to explain how to best care for the hot tub so that we can enjoy it for as long as we can. Since this is my husband’s and my first hot tub, that advice meant a lot.
What impressed me most is that they didn’t come out and try to sell me a brand-new hot tub. Instead, they did the right thing—repaired what needed fixing, gave me useful care tips, and treated me with honesty and respect. That kind of integrity is hard to find, and I’m so grateful for it.
Right now, we’ve only used them for repairs, but when we’re ready for an upgrade, I’ll definitely be returning to their showroom to make our purchase. Thank you so much, Jeff and Shelly, for making this such a great experience!
I’m a former customer of Thermo spa from 2005 I bought a new tub from Hot tub discounts I needed service on my tub and the serviceman Jeff came over for a repair he was very professional knowledgeable and respectful of my property he stayed around to make sure everything was working properly. I wish I had 10 guys like him working for me Very highly recommend him

Excellent service from the in-home service team. I had a minor leak in the front of my hot tub and tried my best to find the leak myself. Unable to find the leak I had the service folks come out to my house and they were able to find a small fitting just needed a little tightening. As I have had my tub for 3 years now, he also took a look around the other motor parts to ensure they were all looking good which they were. I really appreciate the honesty and feedback as it pertains to chemicals and some best practices for taking care of my tub. The minor leak is fixed the tub is 3 years old and still looks and performs such as the day we had it delivered. Thanks Again!
