I would like to tell the owner of this establishment that, in the business world, integrity is paramount. The male receptionist—the one wearing the white shirt—told me that my food would be ready for pickup in just 15 minutes; yet, I ended up waiting a full 40 minutes. When I went back to inquire again, he displayed a bit of an attitude and impatience, telling me he had no idea how much longer it would take. Consequently, I was forced to leave empty-handed, having wasted 40 minutes of my time. That male receptionist in the white shirt lacks the most fundamental human integrity—a quality that is absolutely critical in business. If this issue is not addressed, your business will never be able to grow. You failed to produce the food despite running severely over schedule, yet you still tried to string the customer along just to make a profit—leaving me to wait there like a fool. There are many ways to earn money, but being as unreliable as you are is certainly not one of them.
Enjoyed having a burger here. I definitely admire the cleanliness and the atmosphere, very fun and friendly.
Service is also really good and quick.

They have different options for burgers, but I’m a classic burger girl. It came With fries and a drink, which is nice.
If you dine in, they give you a variety of sauces to the table so you don’t have to go on and ask for sauces.
