Great Hotel.

Avoid Swimming pool extra Parking extra Building work at rear of premises Faulty windows had to change room. waiters who accuse guests of not paying for inclusive breakfast General manager who smiles in your face when you bring complaint to your attention Spend your money somewhere else

Its a very beautiful hotel but we had a construction site right infront of our window and it was so loud. If you have a good room though you can have a beautiful view on the river.

Bardzo fajny hotel przy Dunaju. Przemiła obsługa, fajny widok na rzekę i pyszne śniadania - w rozsądnych cenach.

I had very bad customer experience with a reception-lady. I was on a business trip and from my office booked a taxi by reception from the Vienna Airport to the hotel. I was surprised to see two drivers waiting on the gate and they told me that booking was for two cars and respectively asked for double payment. However, when I tried to clarified with the hotel, a very unpleasant lady tried to make me an idiot and that was our mistake to order two cars, which was obviously not the truth and she couldn't prove it. Bur her attitude was discusting - she was very aggressive, shouting to me and didn't listen at all. Otherwise the hotel itself was not so bad, but my experience with this lady destroyed my overall stay. To her manager - it happened on 25th June in the afternoon. My business is also at the customer service field and I can said that such a "professionals" destroy the image and further growth of any business! I had the feeling that I was cheated by the hotel.

Krásny hotel ktorý zachoval svoju architektúru s veľmi milou a ochotou obsluhou.

Vynikajúca reštaurácia, jedlo , prístup… veľká spokojnosť, prídeme znova🙂

Komfortný klasický hotel, ktorý má svojho ducha a bohatú históriu. Pozorný a priateľský personál. Perfektná poloha 5 minút chôdze od starého mesta.

It has a certain old-world charm. The concierge seemed positively delighted to see me and I thought I was genuinely the only guest in this massive hotel. Then I did see one or two others at breakfast. It is like a deserted ghost town. The room is nice, a touch noisy from the road. Shower is very small, to the point where it is cramped. Breakfast is OK.

3 jours de réunions professionnelles. Chambre très correcte, piscine sympathique. J'aurais aimé qu'on le fournisse un peignoir et des "claquettes" lors de mon passage au sauna, hammam, piscine. Restaurant Café Devin très bon.
