This clinic mainly targets American or Australian medical tourists who are used to paying many thousands of euros in their own countries, so they see the prices here as a better deal. However, if you live in Europe, the 17.000$-$22,000 they ask for jaw implants will likely seem extremely expensive. In Turkey, you can find many honest surgeons with very good results at much more reasonable prices for ordinary people. At this clinic, you definitely need a very strong budget to become a client.

However, we would like to clarify several inaccurate statements made in this review so that future patients are not misled.

Our clinic does not “target wealthy Americans or Australians,” nor do we apply different pricing based on nationality. We are an international maxillofacial surgery practice that treats patients from all over the world, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, South America, and Turkey itself. Our pricing structure is the same for all patients, including local Turkish patients.

The comparison made in the review is also factually inconsistent. You mentioned receiving a quote of approximately 20,000 EUR elsewhere, while the starting quote discussed by our clinic for a custom jaw implant was 17,000 USD, which is approximately 14,500 EUR at current exchange rates. Presenting our clinic as “more expensive than Europe” is therefore objectively inaccurate.

We also clearly explained that our implants are fully custom-made, manufactured in Germany through our established workflow, and planned using a fixed surgeon-led protocol focused on long-term safety, precision, and predictability. We do not switch between implant systems depending on budget considerations, and our pricing is communicated transparently in advance and publicly available on our website.

Different clinics operate with different manufacturers, planning systems, hospital standards, and surgical protocols, so prices may naturally vary between providers. Patients are absolutely free to choose whichever clinic they feel most comfortable with.

However, suggesting dishonest pricing practices or implying that we discriminate based on nationality does not reflect the actual communication that took place with our clinic.

We remain committed to transparent communication, ethical medical practice, and maintaining the professional standards that have allowed us to successfully treat patients internationally for many years.

Words do not accurately convey how much of a positive experience I had with these guys. I went totally by myself and was absolutely petrified. They ensured everything, from the second that I stepped foot off the plane, was taken care of. I’m about eight or nine months post surgery and the after-care and communication is still as prevalent positive and reassuring as it was at the very start. I brought my mother from Australia to Hospitaprime Clinic for a dental assessment and a full smile makeover. The whole experience was genuinely outstanding. The staff were attentive, responsive and made everything easy for us. From the moment we arrived in Turkey, everything was organised seamlessly, including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. Dr Pera is extremely knowledgeable, especially with implants given his background as an orthagnathic surgeon, and Dr Bahar was fantastic as well and very knowledable in implantology and aesthetics. She was also very gentle and patient with my mum, who has dental anxiety, and made her feel completely at ease. The process took a few months because we needed to wait for the implants to fuse properly before the final teeth could be fitted. While we were back in Australia, we had a small issue with the temporary teeth and Dr Pera went out of his way to find another dentist through his Zygomatic implant network who could help us locally. That level of support really showed how much the clinic cares about its patients. My mum is absolutely thrilled with her new smile, and we’re so grateful for everything the Hospitaprime team did for us. Highly recommended.

I did visit Hospitaprime clinic and finished my treatment just over a week ago. I must say I am totally over the moon with the result. I had extensive work done (10 implants). More or less all my teeth were reworked and I now have a full mouth of beautiful looking and fully functioning teeth. I found the whole approach by the clinic from my first contact with them to the finished product absolutely amazing. The clinic came up with a plan, told me the cost and basically stuck to it. Dr. Pera did all of my surgery in a very reassuring, calm, caring and utterly professional manner. It was all done over 2 visits. The main surgery and fitting the implants was done on my first visit. A temporary set of teeth were fitted, which basically tied me over. I returned just over 2 and half months later and basically Dr. Bahar took care of me. She was meticulous and so detailed in all her work. She told me on numerous occasions, that she really loved her work. She took so much time and care and I never had any sense, that anything done either by her or Dr. Pera was ever rushed. I feel that Dr. Pera and Dr. Bahar and really importantly the team that worked with them, bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and worked at times such long hours to do the best job they could do for me. I do need to mention Mel, who did liase all the appointments and was always at hand, sometimes late at night to give you advice and reassurance and all in perfect English. I found dr. Eren on the internet and on inquiry and after reciewing my X-rays a quote was given with details of what would be done it was quite reasonable and I went for it. I was picked up from the airport and put in a hotel which was excellent I was picked up from the hotel for tests and operation and everything was according yo the plan the operation was done under general anesthesia and I don’t remember anything about it later a prosthesis was put on my new implants and I left I went back a few months later and new and permanent teeth were placed. All went through as planned and everything was great. I am enjoying my teeth now. The interpreter Mel needs specia pension as he would respond to every query promptly. I would recommend Dr. Pera for Zygomatic surgery anytime you anyone.

I’ve had quite a bit of work done; an implant with bone grafting, a root canal, two crowns, and four extractions (including an impacted one) and everything healed perfectly. The whole process was handled with such care, and the crowns were matched so well that they look just like my natural teeth. Eren Pera ile tanışmadan önce gerideki yamuk alt çenem, kapanmayan ağzım, ileride ki üst çene yapımım düzelebileceği konusunda tamamen umutsuzdum. Tanıştığımda ise hayatımda ilk defa geleceğe dair umudum oldu. Tüm kararlılığı, tecrübesi, detaycılığı ile hafta içinde çift çene cerrahi planlamasını yapıp ameliyatı gerçekleştirdi. Ameliyat çok çok başarılı ve sorunsuz geçti. sonrasında Eren hoca takibini ilgisini hiç eksik etmedi. Artık aynaya baktığımda mutsuz hissetmiyorum ve bunu Eren Pera ve ekibine borçluyum.
