Service was friendly and attentive. The table we sat at was sticky and the menus seemed a bit tatty so we decided not to eat here.
Superb food - honestly so good. Sri Lankan fish balls on a spinach and lentil Dahl. Never thought that would have existed - gorgeous starter! Catch of the day today was sea bream which I had with sauteed potatoes and a greek salad. Out of this world! So simple and so delicious. Washed down with a nice bottle of Wairau Hills Sauvignon Blanc. Had a small dessert - Black coconut ice cream. Everything top notch! Im gob smacked
Great pub. Great beers (three Cask Mark lines). The food though, was epic. The chicken schnitzel burger with jalapeno mayo was amazing (see close up picture). The sea bass, prawn and gnocchi dish (in the background) was truly astonishing. One of the best meals out we've had in a very - very- long time. I only didn't get a photo of the sea bass dish, because I was so focused on eating it!!!
Had a club social here.... Enjoyed by all.. Food had to be pre-ordered as there were25 of us but it was excellent
Its a good pub. Why do people take picture of their food and post it on the reviews? Weird.
My first time there, a fantastic experience, nice atmosphere, good food, good service, and very good prices, on my new list of placed to Go.

Nice friendly vibrant place. Only popped in for a quick pit stop but was good vibe

We had a lovely meal at this pub but menu selection was limited. That said what we had to eat was super fresh and delicious. Service was excellent.

Just back from a lovely evening with friends. A word of advice, go hungry ๐ The food was delicious and big portions. I had Sri Lankan fish balls to start followed by half rack of ribs.... absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend with friendly staff.

Our first night in England ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ with a friend and his girlfriend- we loved it ๐ฅฐ
This place is dog friendly and the food is amazing ๐คฉ we had a starter with melted Camembert and the chicken main course was equally delicious ๐ Rich in flavour and a good size after a cool day of travelling.
The service is flawless and very good ๐ you feel very welcome.
The atmosphere is also stunning as you feel like being surrounded by a great bunch of very kind folks
