I have to say Sergio was very thorough in regards to making sure he checked all areas of the house to prevent any further issues. He explained what he was doing and he also gave suggestions that were helpful.
Sergio was also very pleasant and professional.

We are very pleased with Timothy who came and thoroughly covered every nook and cranny he could find, replaced the bait in numerous suspicious locations where the mice traffic was most likely. Also, he did an outstanding job on the outside of the house and did not leave anything visibly open for any mouse to get in!! Thanks so much Timothy!!

Matthew C was excellent. Matthew again navigated difficult areas to accomplish the job. He sprayed areas high risk areas in the basement and adjusted previously placed equipment as well as placing new Horizon boxes in the attic and basement.
Matthew never complained and, he was eager to do more.
Again we are very satisfied with Matthew’s professionalism, and we are very happy to use Horizon Pest Control .

Mike provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and communicated everything clearly throughout the visit. He took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was experiencing and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. His inspection was thorough and never felt rushed, and he clearly explained the treatment plan and products being used. Mike demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise, which gave me great confidence in the service. Overall, an excellent experience—I highly recommend him.
