I had a disappointing experience during my visit. I was given an appointment time of 1:30 PM, but when I arrived at 1:40 PM, I was informed that the doctor was not available. There was no prior communication regarding the delay, and I was left waiting without any clear update.
Additionally, when I explained that my pain was in the muscles adjacent to the spine rather than the spine itself, the front desk staff responded in a dismissive manner, questioning how I could i know. Instead of discussing the symptoms professionally, the front desk staff reacted in a dismissive and skeptical manner, asking “How do you know?” in a way that felt inappropriate and unhelpful.
I was also asked about personal documents I was carrying and whether they were related to the clinic, which felt unnecessary and intrusive.
Patients expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and timely communication. Unfortunately, my experience fell short on all three counts.
