This was my second time here and it was really enjoyable. We had the dozen raw oysters as an appetizer that were delicious. My bag had 1 cluster of snow crab legs, sausage, shrimp, potato, corn and an egg....I also added scallops to it. It was spot on!! I've ordered the Cajun seasoning and spicy both times, next time it will be Cajun and fire.

I visit this Hook & Reel location at least twice a month. I was disappointed this last time because my normal catfish lunch special was burned. If I wasn't hungry and opened it in the parking lot I would have left with burnt fish. I went back in and they took the order back and gave me a new order, but no apologies or anything. I was trying to get a quick bite to eat that turned into more of a hassle than anything being that I had limited time.
Mike was by far the absolute best waiter, super professional, great mannerisms, extremely thorough, didn't miss a trick or skip a beat. We have been here many times & have always had a great waitress, he shined!!

The service was terrible. From the young guy at the hostess stand who doesn't have any manners but does have a big attitude.
Our waitress didn't know how to find us. 10 minutes before she even came for our drinks and appetizer order. Her ghosting continued throughout. Our stay was close to 1 hour, 45 minutes.
Calamari was over cooked and ruined.
Our entrees weren't much better.. lacked flavor and over cooked.
I'll pass on returning.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Hook & Reel, and overall it was a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and everything we hoped for. The atmosphere was fun and lively, which made it perfect for a birthday celebration. I also want to compliment the staff because everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.
The only area that could use some improvement would be the drinks. Unfortunately, they didn’t quite match the quality of the food and overall experience.
Aside from that, I had a wonderful time celebrating there and would definitely return for the food and the great service.

Our family really enjoyed our visit here. They got the seafood boils (were very happy with the proportions) and I the Catfish (4/5). Even the 4 y/o had a good time.
But, the service from Damien is what made everything so great! He was personable, funny, patient and kind and made it all worth while. Thank you for making a small family outing a special one.
