We can't say enough good things about Zack and Cindy Honeycutt! We moved to Durham from San Diego, CA. We were totally clueless about how to buy a house in North Carolina! If you make an offer on a house, you might not get back the money you put down - that's crazy! Once we found a house to buy, Zack and Cindy did an outstanding job of guiding us through getting inspections and really finding out what condition the house was in. They are so experienced at buying and selling houses in Durham that they knew the up to the minute inside scoop on how much we should offer to get our offer accepted by the seller. This was critical! It's a seller's market with a low inventory of houses for sale. We were competing with 5 other offers after he first open house. With a less experienced agent we could have easily lost that house and had to spend even more time searching for another house which would not have been any fun! And as a bonus, Zac had us ask for a credit at closing, and the seller gave us $10,000 which was extra money in our pockets. We highly recommend that anyone needing a real estate agent in Durham go with the Honeycutts.- They know Durham by the back of their hands and are really skilled at making your offer the most attractive one for the seller so you get the house you want to buy.

Moving out of state to a new area was really stressful for us….luckily we were able to find Zach from him and Cindi’s YouTube videos.
