Adrian knocked my mother's door and offered a roof inspection. She had no idea there was damage. He went up, found hail damage. Then he met with my mom's Insurance company, they were originally saying that it wasn't hail damaged. Adrian, with his expertise argued his valid points and a few days later my mom was approved. She's getting over 17,000 000 and she had no idea was due to come to her. Thank the Lord for guys that knock doors and to make people aware that they might have hail damage. Mom is just waiting on getting her roof. I will do an update once it's completed. UPDATE: The installation went smoothly! Guys did a wonderful job with the roof and gutters! The repaint of the home was also done professionally! These guys and gals know how to make tou feel special!

I worked with Nick and Allie to get my roof replaced and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! I was extremely apprehensive at first and also after my insurance company rejected my claim. I thought it was going to be a huge hassle but they handled everything from start to finish and all of my stress was gone. I had no idea that it was even possible to dispute once the insurance company refused to pay. As a loan officer myself I hear horror stories every day and if you have any doubts, don't! you literally have nothing to lose and it wasn't like having a sales person show up to give a 4 hour presentation either. Ally did an inspection for me in Denver after a hail storm. She got in touch with my home insurance provider right away, filed a claim and coordinated the entire repair process. She was very proactive and without her we may have not known about the damage to our roof top before the point of no return so to speak.

Beyond thankful for Allie and her team. Allie has walked me through step by step so far with my insurance claim and procedures. And having Salvador there for the inspection gave me a sense of relief knowing there’s someone on my side to insure that everything gets looked at and not overlooked for the claim. I definitely and highly recommend homey roofing! Update: with all the back and forth with my insurance and paperwork, Allie and her team was on top of things to make it so much easier for me and saved me a lot of headaches. Use caution before hiring this roofing company. There are serious concerns about licensing, permits, and how customer money is handled. I would strongly recommend verifying their license, insurance, and whether permits are actually being pulled before signing any contract or making payments.

Allie has been terrific with explaining the process and when our insurance only wanted to give us a partial roof replacement she helped us with an appeal and was able to get a full roof replacement, paint and gutters! Updated 04/21/2026: I had a horrible experience with this contractor. Initially, everything seemed good. Allie helped me understand how to submit my claim with State Farm and was responsive and helpful in the beginning. However, once the process moved to the third-party appraisal, communication completely fell apart. I had already paid $36,000, and for nearly six months I could not get any answer from her about the status. I started to panic and all Allie was telling is that the third-party appraiser from Homey is working with State Farm and was handling everything, she had no further information. She refused to share the appraiser’s contact details and would not follow up with him despite my repeated requests. Eventually, I had to get the appraiser’s number from State Farm myself, and when I contacted him, he admitted he had forgotten about my claim and it had been sitting on his desk for three months. Finally, the work began in January 2026 even though I signed contract with Homey in March 2025 with 36k deposit. While the subcontractors who actually did the work were great, the team at Homey Roofing and Restoration were extremely disappointing. Their accounting team does not properly track payments and repeatedly sent invoices that did not reflect what I had already paid, then asked for more money. Allie did not coordinate with accounting when I raised concerns and instead insisted the invoices were correct and demanded payment. To make things worse, they demanded the final payment the very next day the last work was completed(replacing 2 windows), claiming the payment was already delayed. When I questioned this, Allie threatened to send a notice of intent to lien, even though I had already paid over 95% of the total, around $80,000. The entire process was incredibly stressful and frustrating. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a company. I strongly caution future customers to keep detailed records of all payments and communications and to be very careful before choosing this company.

I commend Homey Roofing And Restoration for their diligent and professional work in securing insurance approval for replacement of my roof, including the solar removal and reinstallation. The process from beginning to end lasted 13 months. They stayed with us through the process. They intervened with the insurance through two different adjuster site visits and ultimately an independent adjuster interface to get approval. Their diligence in doing this for me was a great relief as the initial adjuster fully denied the claim. Their work crews did an amazing job. They were respectful, professional, and efficient. They kept me informed through out each step of the process. They met with me upon each day of work and gave me information about what would be coming next, and when they would complete the work. The Solar team, the gutter replacement team, and the roofing team worked together to get the job done in a timely manner as soon as work was initiated after insurance approval. I highly recommend Homey Roofing and Allie Whitworth to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Their persistence and knowledge of interface with insurance rules, and their professionalism in completing the work exceeded all of my expectations. They also helped me to make a decision about changing my insurance provider, which resulted in several thousand dollars of an annual cost reduction. They provided me with upgrade to impact resistant shingles, and reconfiguration of my Solar reinstall improving production and reducing my future cost for electricity.
