Eric and Sam arrived on time on 15 October 2026 to pump my 1,000 gallon septic tank. They were very professional and got right to work. About 40 minutes later the job was completed and I paid them the amount stated in their estimate. They did a thorough, turnkey job - digging out both outlets and checking the integrity of the system. They cleaned up very nicely after finishing. They are now my go-to experts for any septic system problems I have, and I recommend them without any reservations.

These folks made a messy situation feel painless. Showed up when they said they would. Didn’t treat me like I was, you know, clueless, and actually explained what they were doing. I’d hire them again without a second thought. Sean and his coworker really did a great job. Recommend them to everyone

They did a great job locating my tank and installing risers. They informed me of my system and gave me good advice. The worksite was cleaned up nicely. These are good people to work with.

The crew were great did exactly what was described checked system completely cleaned and pumped picked up area when done and left everything like it was when they arrived I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of there service and I will be using them in the future. Ps price was very reasonable.

We have been living out of a camper while our home construction is finishing, so I needed someone to pump the black tank. Hometown Septic Solutions was quickly able to accommodate me for our first appointment, and I have continued to use his services in the past couple months.
Customer service isn’t really the most important part of this job in particular… But Eric is great!
I wouldn’t give my poop to anyone else. Thanks Eric!

If I could give 10 stars for Eric and his crew Sam and Mark I would! Great communication throughout the entire job. Super efficient and a pleasure to work with. Really great group/team of people came out on same-day notice after coming from a really hard job and having to go to one after had my septic Located pumped and filled back in within two hours really amazing work and customer service will be using again
