Very impressed with Hometown Septic Solutions. Eric and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Eric went out of his way to accommodate me and keep me informed. Mark and Sam explained what they were doing each step of the way. I was particularly delighted when Eric came up with a solution to avoid having to dig up my wife's flower bed searching for the septic tank each time it was to be pumped by adding an extension to the tank access that had an openable lid. This was just below the surface of the yard and was easily covered by mulch. Cannot say enough good things about Eric and the gang. They now have a regular customer. Do not hesitate to do business with Hometown Septic Solutions. They are the best.

Eric and his entire crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. They performed a thorough diagnostic, quickly identified the root cause of our issue, and kept us informed every step of the way. Eric was transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, especially when the distributor sent the wrong part. Instead of immediately ordering more parts, he had his crew come back out to troubleshoot with tech support first, which ended up saving us both time and money.
We had initially called another company to pump our tank, and they told us we needed to replace our pump at a cost of $3,800. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from Eric, who provided an honest diagnosis and a much more reasonable quote saving us over $2,000!!!
It’s hard to find dependable, trustworthy service these days, but Eric and his team absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service!
