Jeron and Hometown Restoration Group were absolutely fantastic! I’m so glad they were the team we called when our basement flooded. They not only mitigated the water damage quickly but went above and beyond to make sure our home was fully restored to a safe, dry condition. Throughout the entire process, Jeron treated us like family. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help us, not take advantage of our misfortune. Trust me when I say these are GOOD people. If you ever need restoration or flood mitigation services, Hometown Restoration Group should be your first call!

Pro-tip #1: don't leave the water running and walk out of the room. Pro-tip #2: if you do call home town restoration. We left the water running, and got distracted. An hour later, water was running through the see. Jaron and Jesse came out the same day with their team to start drying every thing out. They worked with our insurance to get everything covered. They were the best part of the process. Not only were they great to work with, but they also advocated for us to insurance and made the process super simple! I now recommend them constantly to my clients.

During a major rain event over the weekend while we were closed, our roof decided to produce a leak which soaked one corner of our pediatric dental practice. We discovered this when we returned to work on Monday. One phone call to Jesse at Hometown Restoration Group and he was at our business to inspect the damage that same afternoon. Jesse and Jaron put together a plan to dry our business as quickly as possible and instantly took action. Since we did not want to stop patient care, they came to our practice after our last patient, set up their equipment to run overnight, then met us an hour before we opened to take it all down so that we could continue business as usual. We appreciate the prompt service, kindness, and attention to detail Hometown Restoration provided us. They cared about our business and building as if it was their own. Thanks Jesse and Jaron!

I had a leak in my bathroom sink upstairs that soaked the cabinet and the flooring around the sink. It also caused a leak to my downstairs ceiling. They were at my house in less than 2 hours. Very professional , and took time explaining what needed to be done to get moisture out of my floors and ceiling. He set up fans to help dry it out to help prevent mold. We will absolutely use them again.

They repaired water damage in both my bathrooms and had to take them to the subfloor, they do outstanding work and very reasonable pricing and they are very professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has any home issue.
