Prompt Courteous Service!
Our service technician Mack was exceptional. Great service, courteous and personable.
Mack is a great furnace man. Took the time to teach me about the furnace humidifier. Answered all my questions with kindness and confidence. I feel we are in good hands and the furnace is ready to go for the winter.
Gas line pipe needed to be fixed. They offered fast assessment, reasonable price with professional work. Definitely will use them again!
Timely and professional. I got a next day appointment!
Great service! Prompt and professional. I'd use them again. I love my new furnace. It's more efficient and my bills are lower. I was having trouble finding a new furnace filter, I called Hometown H&C and they provided one at a great price.
Great Service, showed up on time, excellent customer service. Got my heat pump up and running.
What a pleasure to deal With Hometown Heating And Cooling from making the appointment to have the service completed, it was a complete pleasure😎
Friendly and efficient one day installation. System seems to work well. I would have appreciated a follow up contact to discuss who registers the warranty and what my responsibility is or how I maintain my warranty. Had to talk to an AI bot to relay my questions.
They were quick to respond and had the AC fixed in no time. Very nice to work with!
Professional, honest and thorough.
Quick and excellent service as always!
Great service
Fantastic service! Air conditioning broke during summer. Called and they came that day to have a look. Very next day they installed the unit. Tech was amazing. He worked for hours in the pouring rain to get unit installed. Fantastic service and great price.

Efficient attempted repair of malfunctioning water pump. Hometown should source alternate supplier to supply better quality unit as this pump that Hometowinstalled about 3 - 4 years ago was overpriced for short duration of use.
I had another company come in to do the inspection and figure out what was wrong but they said it would be around $2,500 to fix so might as well buy a new one. so then I remembered hometown because I'd use them previously at another location. they had a guy come out that day after checking everything determined that the other company had not the correct solution and so he was able to fix the air conditioner for just the service visit and the cost of a part was corroded. so about $250 taxes in I will use them again should I need any furnace or AC issues.
