Taylor has been amazing through this whole process. She has many connections, so when she doesn't have the answer or it's beyond her job she can give you the best people, like contractors, insurance, and many more. She is so upbeat and willing to take the time and walk you through the steps. Last but not least she is on top of it. She responds quickly and let's you know when things are happening. We have loved working with her.
What can I say other than AMAZING! I was interested in possibly renting and just wanted to get places and pricings for rentals around the area. With being a first-time homebuyer, I was very new to the whole home buying process and very intimidated; the main reason I was just looking to rent. Taylor was able to hook me up with J.D. Thomas and within a few days I was pre-approved and ready for a potential new home.
Taylor was very responsive and flexible with her scheduling to help me find my dream home! To say the whole process was easy would seem pretty un-believable considering I was in the process of making the biggest decision/investment of my life, but it really was EASY! Taylor and her team handled everything and was so quick with it all! Between Taylor and J.D. (the Finance guy), I felt like I had a solid team behind me ready for anything that came our way.
Thats another reason why I loved working with Taylor. Even though I was going through this process alone, I NEVER felt that way. Any questions were answered almost immediately, if not sooner. No question seemed too silly to ask, and if I ever needed clarification, Taylor was able to "dumb-it-down" for a rookie like myself. I needed recommendations for cleaning my new home and she already had a team for that. She had recommendations for everything/anyone I could have asked. Inspector? check. Insurance? check. Best thing to order off the menu? I'm sure she has that covered too. The best word I would use describe Taylor is "Prepared".
I highly stand by my choice to use Taylor as my realtor and would recommend using Taylor to any first-time homebuyers! Honestly, I recommend using Taylor for buying/selling a house PERIOD!
Taylor is the absolute best! She's very professional while being so personable/relatable at the same time! My fiance and I were first time buyers and she made us feel so comfortable with the process! No matter how big or small the question may be, she is more than happy to answer! Super responsive at all times of the day! 12/10 recommend Taylor!

WOW! We just finished selling a house with Taylor as listing agent. Holy cow. This woman is amazing. It was my Mom's rental house and we live out of state, and really didn't want to travel to get all this done. So....from out of state, Taylor helped us get it fixed up, cleaned, staged, and a little landscaping done---all within days. Then, she immediately got it listed and sold FAST and for a great price. Now--I myself have my real estate license, as an investor, and I have done rehabs. This was THE MOST FUN I have ever had selling a house, because Taylor ran quarterback and already had an amazing team that she regularly does business with. I am so grateful to have found her (by all of her awesome reviews) and you don't come across people with this kind of skill, work ethic, knowledge, and great personality to top it off. Taylor--thank you so much. I hope we can do more projects like this together. If you are someone considering asking Taylor to represent you for buying or selling a house--I would HIGHLY recommend her.
Taylor did a great job helping us buy our first house! She walked us through each step of the process and was always available to answer questions which was a huge help for first time homebuyers. We really appreciated how easy and smooth she and her team made the whole process and were thrilled with how quickly we were able to close on our new home!
Taylor was so awesome helping me and my husband buy our first home, it was really hard because he’s out of town but she always answered my question, made sure I understand everything, and never got tired of my million calls. She always greeted me with a smile super professional and hands down just great! I would definitely recommend Taylor for all house buying needs.
Taylor was amazing when it came to my super picky style in finding my first home; but she was persistent and patient and we found the perfect place! She is now a close friend and she will definitely be the one to manage all my future home selling/buying matters!

I've got nothing but praises for Taylor! Being an out of the country investor, we had some challenges in getting properties under contract. Taylor did an amazing job selling our house! As first time sellers, we felt confident with Taylor; she let us know exactly what we needed to do every step of the way, which took so much off of our shoulders and made the selling process a breeze. After listing our house, we accepted a full price offer in less than a week, which we were not expecting with recent shifts in the market.
Taylor also took us to look at some rental houses, which was super helpful since we are still familiarizing ourselves with Indy — her knowledge of the area really helped us when trying to figure out where to move.
We are beyond thankful to Taylor for all of the work she put in to make this happen. Taylor is extremely kind, personable, and professional — she is the person you want as your realtor!
