We recently worked with Home Services Plus for our kitchen renovation and Daniel managed the entire project. From the first meeting he made us feel comfortable and confident about moving forward. He listened carefully to what we wanted and never rushed the discussion. Throughout the project Daniel stayed in touch and updated us regularly about progress. The crew arrived on time and worked respectfully inside our home which we truly appreciated. The quality of the cabinets and finishing work really stands out and everything looks clean and modern. Daniel personally checked every detail before final handover which shows he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The whole process felt organized and smooth without unnecessary stress. It is not easy to find a contractor who values communication and quality at the same time. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend Home Services Plus to friends and family

HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT hire this company. They are scammers. Did my kitchen remodel after a leaking fridge in t my house and also all my floors 1 year ago. The floors are separating and lifting. Have called, emailed texted them several times and they don't respond. I have called the office and asked to speak with Modi (the owner) and they tell me they have never done work on my house. Then were did my 30K go to that I paid? Horrible work, horrible people. Total scam of a company. Now I have to pay for my floors to get redone.

The worst Home Warranty I worked for! The worst Home Warranty I worked for! I wish to file a complaint regarding the disrespectful behavior I experienced from an employee in the supplier relations department. It's been six months since I repaired two units for two customers and we still haven't been paid. In total, six service tickets not paid for 6 months. Every time I call to inquire about payments, they tell me next week. Today, I called to speak with a supervisor about the payments, but the agent I spoke with disrespected me about when we would be paid. She hung up on me without even giving me a chance to speak. Because of this disrespectful act, I will report this incident everywhere I can. I've invested all my resources (knowledge, gas, time, money, mileage, energy), and even after six months, I haven't been reimbursed, yet an agent treats me with such disrespect. This is unacceptable. I await your response to find out what other steps I should take to prevent this from happening again.

Do not hire this scammer company I am not a bot. If this is the same company that has Modi Holtzman listed as its registered owner then do not hire them. The business has three fake addresses listed on the WA Department of Revenue and WA Labor and Industries websites. The business will ghost you and avoid all responsibility for damage done by their employees. I had to pay for the repairs and the company has ghosted me. I took out a loan with TGCU Financial for $22,000 so Home Services Plus got paid. There are no ethical companies anymore and definitely not Home Services.

Beware!! Check better business before BEWARE - Most of these reviews are fake/bots. Please look them up on Better Business Bureau - they received an F. Not a professional crew or company. Had to contract a lawyer to help get the job done. They tried to do things that weren’t up to code, some of our property was damaged, some of it stolen. Communication was poor - we still have plumbing issues that need attention. I feel terrible for others that are using them or will be using them in the future - just don’t.
