Jeff was extremely professional and accommodating. On short notice, he changed his schedule to come and move our bedrooms to our new house so my wife could go there after her full knee replacement instead of going back to the current home at the time with stairs. He then came back and moved the balance of the items the next week in very bad snowy weather. He could not have been better about the whole thing.
