I’d give 10 ⭐️ if I could!! Nathan was amazing from start to finish! My plumber discovered a leak in my garage that was from my roof. It became a sooner than later roof job that I was planning on doing later this year. I found Home Pro’s Construction by using Facebooks online roof quote. He was the only company who contacted me. Nathan’s communication was over the top! He’s professional, knowledgeable, accountable and did everything and more. I’m very, very pleased and ❤️ my new roof.

From sales Reps Dakota and Artees they were the most friendliest guys and knowledgeable guys start the ball rolling. Teyvra who is the Project office manager was Great took handling a few issues that popped up like a professional. Nathan the Owner friendly guy stepped up when a big hiccup happened. We are now happy with our new roof Edit had dropped the stars because of follow through and communication. Upon new communication and proof the roof is in good standing raised the stars. With the caveat that if the product fails in warranty of product or labor period i will drop the stars like the titanic

We hired Home Pros to replace a 32" one piece alcove shower/tub with a 34" tub with tile surround. Pretty straight forward 5 day project, right?! The project manager screwed up from the beginning and was fired as our project entered its third week. There were too many mistakes to recap, but we ended up hiring someone else to tile the job, and I ended up finishing the painting due to yet another no show. Holes were drilled into our new tub (that were repaired but not like new) to try to support the tub since it wasn't done properly from the beginning. This nightmare project took over two months and also involved replacing the flooring in the bathroom and building out a wall to accept the tub. Communication from Home Pros completely stopped until I received a call from the office a couple of months later saying I had a balance due. Ha! What a fiasco! For your remodel needs, hire Adrian the Renovation Guru.

The work crew delayed my project then got stuck working in rain. Never saw the use safety harness. Did not clean up there mess and blamed it on the wind. Would not listen to us the homeowners about requested work listed in the contract. Roof was not done to standard errors even verified by work crew supervisor. Failure to communicate. Failure to settle complaint and final status.

From the initial roof inspection to the completed replacement, everything was handled professionally and on schedule which was amazing. They helped us understand our options and made the entire process stress free. The crew showed when promised, was respectful of our property, and the our new roof looks amazing. New roof installed. It was done so professionally that I had to nit pick a couple things that I wanted done that was out of the ordinary. They came the next workday and repaired my special requests. Came in at the price quoted and the inner company policing by everyone was spot on. You have no need to “shop around” you won’t find a better quality roof and workmanship and this all from a local bussiness

Top notch roofing estimator Wow what a pleasant experience working with Tyler Richardson on a bid for a roof replacement job. He is a very humble young man. He work really hard to get the bid down in the range I wanted to be in. The bid we ended up with was extremely reasonable but I had one bid by another local roofing company from Sutherlin that he couldn’t quite meet so I ended up not accepting his bid. I would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a roofing job. He is very knowledgeable and works hard for your business. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed.
