I hired my helper through Bella two years ago. I recently completed the work permit renewal for my helper, and Bella provided the renewal service free of charge. She is very friendly, helpful, and always guides us step by step throughout the whole process. I always recommend her to my relatives and friends who are looking for a helper. Thanks again, and good job! 👍👍
Disappointing service! After they managed to secure you as customer with a deposit paid to confirm helper, their customer service was lacking in response and even sending you application to esign takes 2 days to settle. (back n forth in amending wrong info in application) I was attended by Bella - she was nice but subsequently kept going on leave and just throw my case to the customer service which don't respond much at all! This is the worst I've ever seen! On top of that, they told us passport for helper needs renewal and it has been 2weeks..no one gave spontaneous updates to us, only when we checked they took hours to reply you (almost when it's end of day then we receive a response) will highly recommend anyone to seek for other agencies if you urgently need a helper. Not Homekeeper for sure. The time wasted at Homekeeper just frustrates us much, hoping someone from their management will look into this!
Have engaged Bella to hire a helper to took care of my disabled dad after the previous helper left suddenly due to her personal issues. Bella listened to our requirements and found a candidate that fits well. The whole process was smooth and we decided to go with this helper after the first communication. The helper was able to communicate well with my mum and currently still learning and improving as this is the first time she been to Singapore. Hope all goes well and the helper able to get used to taking care of my dad
I had been looking for a helper since December 2025. Not one of the agencies was able to help me get a helper. A friend recommended Bella. She acted very fast. Understanding and patient. Though Bella is young, she is very professional. Within a short period I got a helper. And I understand from my friend it seems she has a pool of good maids. I would strongly recommend Bella of Homekeeper Maid Agency-Yishun Branch. 🙏😄
Highly not recommended.
I engaged 4 helpers through this agency, and unfortunately all 4 cases became problematic in different ways.
1st helper (Filipino) – after working for 1 week, she was unhappy after being told to reduce phone usage during working hours and refused to continue working.
2nd helper (Indonesia, replacement maid) – signed a 2-year contract but returned home after 1 year because she missed her son.
3rd helper (Indonesia, transfer maid) – arrived with severe emotional/mental health issues and attempted suicide on the 3rd day.
4th helper (indonesia, transfer maid) – made allegations that I physically abused her without proof. On 29/4, MOM (Ministry of Manpower) officially informed via email that no further investigation was required as my innocence was proven. However, the agency still took more than 8 days to provide a proper proposal and resolution.
Throughout this process, I still had to bear the cost of transfer/new hire arrangements caused by the false allegations and wrongdoing of the particular maid, which I find unfair as the issue was not caused by the employer.
Across all 4 cases, communication and support from the agency were difficult. The assigned agent, Bryan, was attentive initially, however he was often on leave or on MC during critical periods. Responses were slow, and urgent situations were not handled promptly.
The recurring issues raise concerns about the agency’s screening, matching process, and transparency in helper assessments. After experiencing 4 problematic helper cases, I personally do not think this is simply about “bad luck.” More importantly, it reflects how responsible, transparent, and responsive the agency is when problems actually arise.
When serious situations happen, employers need proper support, accountability, and timely solutions, not delayed responses and most of the costs being pushed back to the employer.
Main concerns:
• Lack of transparency in helper screening and assessment
• Slow problem-solving and follow-up
• Poor crisis handling during serious situations
• Felt highly profit-driven during dispute handling
Think twice before engaging. Choosing a helper agency is not just about finding a helper, it is also about how responsible and supportive the agency will be when issues happen.
Leo from Homekeeper has been a great help to our family. At that time, we are pressed to hire a helper at the shortest possible time as my dad was hospitalised. I shared with Leo our needs and concerns that we faced. After hearing our situation, he went through his portfolio and suggested and shortlisted us the best fit candidates which we can consider. He is very patient and guide us through the whole hiring process. Would gladly look for him again when we need the next one.
I had a very positive experience with Homekeeper Maid Agency, and I would especially like to commend Sales Specialist, Steven for his outstanding service. From the start of the application process all the way to the day I picked up my helper, Steven was incredibly supportive, professional, and attentive.
He guided me patiently through every step and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I was also dealing with a difficult situation involving my previous helper, and Steven took the time to advise me on how to handle the termination properly. His guidance during that period meant a lot to me and gave me much-needed clarity and reassurance.
The paperwork process was seamless, and Steven was always very responsive to my messages, no matter how small the query. His dedication and willingness to help truly made a difference.
I am very grateful for his support and would highly recommend both Steven and the agency to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
Bryan is truly a very patient and non pushy staff. When I was helping my parents look for a domestic helper, we went through a few who weren’t suitable. Bryan took the time to carefully explain everything and patiently guided me through the options.
This is a long overdue Google review, our helper has now been with us for 1 year, and everything has been going smoothly. We’re very satisfied and truly grateful for Bryan’s professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience working with Sales Specialist, Steven. As a first time employer, I had questions about finding a helper who would be caring and attentive to my elderly parents. Steven patiently guided me through the entire process, clearly explaining each step and helping ease my worries. Thanks to Steven, we were matched with a helper from Indonesia who was a great fit for my parents and it has been an overall positive experience. Our helper will be returning home since her contract will be ending, so I turned to Steven again for assistance in finding a replacement. He was able to match us with a helper who just started this weekend. I am hopeful that my family will have the same positive experience.
I highly recommend Steven if you are trying to find a helper - he is patient, reliable and very responsive!!!
