Very pleased, they installed the gas boiler in my old property and did an excellent job, so when moved and wanted a new boiler asked them to install for me, very reliable, very comfortable to have in your home, excellent standard if work, you feel as if they are installing in their own home, thoughtful and respectful. I had an issue the following day unrelated to the install on a radiator and they came out and resolved the same day, no additional cost. All round excellent.

Top Quality Company run by professionals who care .10/10 Ted visited my home and quoted for a complete replacement of my central heating /hot water cylinder and radiators . His advise was very helpful and he guided me through the benefits of a new system boiler set up with a large capacity hot water cylinder unvented system . As promised he sent a quote out within two days and the price was very competitive and within my expectations I booked the job and three weeks later his installation team arrived on time to do the job . The installation was flawless the team of little Ted , Big Mike , and little Mike worked very hard and were professional throughout . Here is what makes this company so damn good at what it does in a nut shell They turned up when they said they would Completed within the time scale they said it would take (3 days in my case ) They did a professional job. They kept all their promises ! It's the best company I've dealt with in a very long time ,I would not hesitate to recommend them , you'll not be sorry if you decide to use them for your needs. thank you for your work guys it was stressless and worth every penny of the quote . best wishes P Heswall They left my home spotless and removed all the rubbish as promised (and there was a lot ) At the price they quoted

After our combi boiler died i dicovered our contract with British Gas was useless as they couldn't come out for at least two weeks.I then decided to call on our local family run Home heating systems shop.Ted and his family couldn't have been more helpful, and Ted sorted the problem out that same day.I later decided to have the 15 year old boiler replaced and again Home heating systems came out promptly , and installed the new system .Ted and the team were very efficient, clean and tidy, and did a cracking job for a very fair price.So any problems with your home heating folks , forget the rest give Home heating a call, they are a great outfit

After 15 loyal years the Baxi boiler finally gave up. I contacted Home Heating and requested a quote. Ted came the next day fully equipped with an information pack. He checked the the relevant gas and water supplies and identified to us what needed doing. He advised the best size boiler and promised a written quote by that afternoon. The quote arrived by 4pm via email and was followed the following day by a written quote. After getting a number of quotes we decided upon Home Heating. Despite the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic they were able to complete the installation of a new boiler within four weeks of our decision. I ensured the work area was fully cleared and cleaned for the two ' Mikes ' to carry out the work, due to Covid. The place was spotless when they left - both inside and outside - and the old boiler etc. was removed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail and would recommend them.

Fitted our boiler in the past. Had a burst pipe this morning and although they had other appointments that day they managed to fit us in and were at the house within 30 minutes. Turns out the leak was unrelated to the boiler but Ted our engineer managed to get the water back on to the rest of the house. Very grateful as we could have been without water all weekend. Highly recommended. Thank you

I have used Home Heating for nearly 30 years for routine gas servicing and other requirements. They are always reliable, very reasonable in price and are a pleasure to deal with - all the staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help if they can. Last week, we had a gas leak under our floor, which meant that the gas had to be turned off, so we had no heating or hot water. The lovely receptionist managed to get us a cancellation appointment and Jacob was able to find the fault, remove the defective pipe and replace it, all in under an hour. Their service really is absolutely second to none and I would recommend them without reservation. Thank you so much guys - you're amazing and we've very grateful to you for everything !

I have used Home Heating Systems before and already recommended them to family and friends. I wish to thank Jacob and Mike S. from Home Heating Systems who did a great job when they visited my new apartment on 25 March 2026 to install a Worcester Boiler and Filter with Bosch Easy Control. As I have found before with this company their staff were very professional and respectful in doing what was a rather messy job in a tight environment. They cleared up afterwards and explained how to use the control system on my phone. I did get quotes from other companies and found Home Heating Systems was very competitive- and having already established confidence with them before I didn’t hesitate to use Home Heating Systems again = happy customer 😊

Had to have a new boiler fitted today after having 14 years of service from the old one! As ever, Home Heating Systems,through engineer Mike B, gave 5* performance in fitting said new boiler. Mike arrived promptly at 9am and worked solidly through the day, even when the weather conditions outside were perverse! I must also mention Kate in the office, who put together the quote for me and organised the fitting date at really short notice . So grateful to Home Heating Systems for making the house warm again!
