We recently had a new system boiler and hot water tank installed by Home Heating Systems Ltd, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From our first enquiry through to completion, Ted (the owner) was fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and even sourced a custom-made hot water tank to meet our specific requirements, which was above and beyond what we expected. The installation team – Jacob, Mike S, Little Ted and Louie – were brilliant. They were courteous, professional, efficient and incredibly tidy throughout the installation. Their workmanship was first class, and they took great pride in making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, and it's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about customer service and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Heating Systems Ltd to anyone looking for a new boiler or any central heating work.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Engineers Jacob and Mike did a great job installing a new boiler and explained how everything worked operation wise , they were very polite and efficient and answered any questions I asked regarding the new thermostat/new set up. I am very happy with the great work they did and that they were also respectful of the property in terms of tidying up after the job was finished. I would recommend Home Heating to anyone thinking of getting a new boiler installed.

Called out to check Flue & for leaks I was concerned there might be part of the boiler flue missing, and had also noticed staining on the hall ceiling just below the boiler and thought there was a slow leak, so panic set in! I sent an email with pictures fairly late Sunday night and had a response Monday morning advising Ted could call Wednesday morning. He arrived early and first inspected the flue and explained how it worked and how it was designed to deal with rain etc. There was no problem found. The carpet was lifted on the landing, followed by floor boards, the ceiling inspected and found to be dry, with no leaks anywhere. The only explanation was a reaction from the plasterboard/tape and paint used over the years, or maybe a historic leak. Although I felt like I had wasted his time, there was never any mention of that - the emphasis was put on customer safety. Ted went above and beyond what I expected by telling me which products to use to hide the patches on the ceiling before painting, then sprayed some stain blocker on to show me how it worked. The boiler installation two years ago (combi-conversion in under 3 days) and servicing was by the same company. The office staff also go out of their way for customers. I only recommend them now because of the great service. It's a local family run business with great customer service and excellent reputation. You can believe all the great reviews for this company.

Very pleased, they installed the gas boiler in my old property and did an excellent job, so when moved and wanted a new boiler asked them to install for me, very reliable, very comfortable to have in your home, excellent standard if work, you feel as if they are installing in their own home, thoughtful and respectful. I had an issue the following day unrelated to the install on a radiator and they came out and resolved the same day, no additional cost. All round excellent.

Top Quality Company run by professionals who care .10/10 Ted visited my home and quoted for a complete replacement of my central heating /hot water cylinder and radiators . His advise was very helpful and he guided me through the benefits of a new system boiler set up with a large capacity hot water cylinder unvented system . As promised he sent a quote out within two days and the price was very competitive and within my expectations I booked the job and three weeks later his installation team arrived on time to do the job . The installation was flawless the team of little Ted , Big Mike , and little Mike worked very hard and were professional throughout . Here is what makes this company so damn good at what it does in a nut shell They turned up when they said they would Completed within the time scale they said it would take (3 days in my case ) They did a professional job. They kept all their promises ! It's the best company I've dealt with in a very long time ,I would not hesitate to recommend them , you'll not be sorry if you decide to use them for your needs. thank you for your work guys it was stressless and worth every penny of the quote . best wishes P Heswall They left my home spotless and removed all the rubbish as promised (and there was a lot ) At the price they quoted

After our combi boiler died i dicovered our contract with British Gas was useless as they couldn't come out for at least two weeks.I then decided to call on our local family run Home heating systems shop.Ted and his family couldn't have been more helpful, and Ted sorted the problem out that same day.I later decided to have the 15 year old boiler replaced and again Home heating systems came out promptly , and installed the new system .Ted and the team were very efficient, clean and tidy, and did a cracking job for a very fair price.So any problems with your home heating folks , forget the rest give Home heating a call, they are a great outfit

After 15 loyal years the Baxi boiler finally gave up. I contacted Home Heating and requested a quote. Ted came the next day fully equipped with an information pack. He checked the the relevant gas and water supplies and identified to us what needed doing. He advised the best size boiler and promised a written quote by that afternoon. The quote arrived by 4pm via email and was followed the following day by a written quote. After getting a number of quotes we decided upon Home Heating. Despite the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic they were able to complete the installation of a new boiler within four weeks of our decision. I ensured the work area was fully cleared and cleaned for the two ' Mikes ' to carry out the work, due to Covid. The place was spotless when they left - both inside and outside - and the old boiler etc. was removed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail and would recommend them.
