Had 4 radiators fitted today, the lads turned up on time were very friendly and polite, did a really good job very clean and tidy have used the company before and would definitely use them again

Called up and was immediately connected to Alice, who was extremely professional and friendly and a call out was arranged with Ted who was with us within the hour. Ted was fantastic and is clearly a master of his trade, 100% would recommend this company, 5 stars hands down!

I had a problem with a Worcester central heating boiler. Contacted Home Heating Systems who identified the fault, ordered the parts and returned to fix it. I’ve not used them before but will in the future. They were friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything and did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

First class service from Ted at Home Heating. We discussed the problem over the 'phone and he turned up with the replacement part under his arm. 45 minutes later it was sorted and the boiler was working again. Excellent service and will recommend Home Heating to friends and family.

Home heating are very efficient, I had a problem with my old boiler, they came round within half an hour to look at it. Ted advised me of what could be causing the problems and possible solutions (but I already knew that I wanted a new boiler). I was given a my quote within a day and my new boiler fitted within two weeks. The worked carried out was very professional and the lads explained everything about the boiler and left everywhere neat and tidy. Would highly recommend 😀

Home Heating Systems was recommended to me by a friend who praised them highly. I was looking for a new gas boiler for a house with both radiators and underfloor heating. Ted came out and recommended a boiler and gave a fitted price.
There were some complications with fitting the system, this resulted in the job taking longer than expected, however they stood by their original price. This is a true family business which cares for its customers. My job was done cleanly and professionally, I am delighted with the result.
If anyone is looking for a new boiler I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this company. They did our initial installation about 4 years ago and since then we get an annual service. Appointments are always at the agreed time and the work is too a high standard. Value for money and quality work, what more could ask for?

We first used Home heating Systems in 2021 when we needed a new central heating boiler to replace the one fitted by British Gas many years ago. We obtained 3 quotes and chose Home Heating Systems because of their competitive quote, good reviews, and because they were accredited Worcester Bosch installers. They are also a local family run business and as such provide a more personal and reactive service than the big national companies.
They did an excellent job fitting our new boiler, including the Hive heating controls, and since the fitting they have serviced the boiler each year and recently we asked them to supply and fit two new radiators, which are excellent.
Every engineer we have met from Home Heating Systems has been skilled, efficient, prompt and friendly, and react quickly if there is a problem. We will continue to use Home Heating Systems for our home heating needs, and based on our experience can thoroughly recommend them.

Our new boiler was fitted on 7 January 25, but I wanted to wait until the recent cold weather was over before submitting this post.
Ted (senior) conducted a survey of our requirements before Christmas. He was thorough and provided sound advice on the best boiler for our house, followed by a detailed quotation. He said that the work would be completed within a day.
The installation was carried out by Mike and Ted (junior). They started at 9:00 am and were finished by 3:00 pm. They were extremely efficient, friendly and left no mess whatsoever.
Before leaving they ensured that all radiators were working properly and went through the operating procedures with us, making sure that we were confident on how to operate our new boiler. They even offered to return and show us again if we are unsure of anything, although that hasn’t been necessary.
The system is operating perfectly and the house is as warm as toast. We now realise just how poorly our previous 21 year old boiler was performing.
We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Home Heating Systems Ltd to anyone and will certainly be using them for our annual service.

I have used Home Heating Systems to service my boiler and gas fire for a number of years, as they are so professional, yet very friendly. I had no hesitation contacting them when my boiler was firing intermittently, leaving me with no not water or heating. The office staff were AMAZING (as always), talking me through a number of options to get me boiler going. Ted called round in the afternoon and diagnosed the problem straight away. Part ordered and all working now. Plus I have a new thermostat, which I can actually use!! Have recently moved to the area and heard good things about Home Heating Systems already from the neighbours. We have had new boilers at 2 different properties, always after clear and helpful advice. Other problems with shower pumps have been dealt with quickly (fortunately!) and efficiently.
