From the moment I registered for the 21st Century Bootcamp, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Megan was extremely helpful throughout the registration process and made everything smooth and stress-free. During the bootcamp, Eric was incredibly supportive and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everyone understood the material.
The bootcamp itself was very informative and truly comprehensive. It covered everything I needed to know, including marketing, referrals, billing and coding, admissions, software, legal issues, and tax issues. There wasn’t anything left out. After attending, I genuinely feel like I now have the tools and knowledge to move forward confidently with my agency.
Prior to this, I was accredited by another agency that was not helpful at all. It took me three years to get to where I am today, and I was essentially left to drown with no guidance or support. After finally receiving my Medicare ID number, I had no idea what to do next or how to proceed. That’s when I reached out to 21st Century for assistance—and I am so grateful that I did.
Interestingly enough, I actually reached out to 21st Century about five years ago when I was first trying to set up my agency, but for some reason I wasn’t able to follow up at the time. Now that I’ve worked with them, I can honestly say they were exactly what I needed. They guided me, taught me, and coached me on how to be successful with my home health agency.
A big thank you to 21st Century. I would strongly advise anyone who is starting a new home health agency or trying to set one up to consult with them. They are truly one of the best. After completing the five-day bootcamp, I have so much confidence. I was very skeptical before attending because I wasn’t sure I would get the support I needed—but they exceeded my expectations and helped me tremendously.
