VERY disappointed with mike and cindy and will never use the home happy team again. When i signed my last mortgage they talked me into a variable rate (amidst record low fixed rates) and assured me when the time comes to lock in they would let me know. Well never did they let me know and now im paying for it. What good is a mortgage broker when they provide service this terrible? im not sure how they sleep at night. At this point the emails they send me pandering for google reviews and referrals is Absolutely laughable. using mike lloyd/ home happy will cost me roughly an extra $40,000, what a bargain. Edit: rate decisions during that time don’t excuse the fact that you guys talked me into a variable rate (when rates were at an all time low) assuring me you would let me know when to lock in, and then never said a word as rates started climbing….

We have made a financial plan. We saw that we can realize some of our retirement goals now in stead of waiting for a couple of more years by cashing out some of our home equity. Our normal bank was hesitant because of our non-traditional income sources. We then went to Mike and he made everything seamless. Not only ended we up realizing our goals but also increasing our monthly cashflow by lowering our mortgage payments. We can highly recommend Mike and his team!
