They gave me a confirmed appointment to give me an estimate on replacing my gutters. After waiting for over an hour with no call to say they’d be late I called their office and they apologized and promised they would call me right away. More than two hours later, still no show, no phone call. I called them back and cancelled. This unprofessional behavior is a terrible sign and I will never use them, ever. I would give them zero stars but this will site will not let me post unless I give them at least one star. Again, very unprofessional.
The crew was very professional and responsive. Seth was always available to answer any questions and made sure the job was finished and the job site was cleaned up.

I recently hired Home Genius Exteriors to replace all the windows and siding in my home. Everyone I met from Marc the Sales Director, Samantha and Sara the project coordinators and Fred the Project Manager were all professional, and easy to work with. They were available whenever I needed them for questions or concerns throughout the project. The crews that did the work on my home were on time, efficient, respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job. The windows were completed in one day and the siding was done in 3 days. Everything looks amazing and I have the peace of mind that my home is now very energy efficient and will help lower my utility bills while maintaining comfortable temperatures inside. I can't recommend Home Genius exteriors enough. No BS, just straight forward, upfront quotes and professional staff from top to bottom!
