I am so grateful that I found George and his team at Homefix - what a dream team - never experienced anything like it - well done team!! Contacted them with a problem that my mum’s house sale couldn’t proceed due to spray foam. Time was of the essence….George’s team were on site within 24hrs of my call and what followed was simply remarkable. Step by step videos and photos meant I wasn’t 65 miles away but with the team every step of the way. The quality of their work, their professionalism cannot be overstated. Not only did they ensure that every single scrap of foam and debris was removed they even hoovered up the debris of dead wasps! They went beyond the pale to ensure I was happy with everything….then George spotted that a couple of flagstones had been broken - was it from the scaffolding? I hadn’t a clue - but that didn’t stop George - replaced the flagstones - would never have known. Top Job and can’t recommend these guys enough!!!

Homefix did an excellent job replacing our roof. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard for long hours and completed very quickly. The site was left clean by the young boys who also took on repairing the car port roof and did a brilliant job. Thank you all very much.

A problem was realised after the job was finished but response was immediate and checked and fixed. What more could I ask.

George, Chip and the rest of the HomeFix team did a great job on the exterior of our house recently. Mainly to address cracking render, replace missing roof tiles and re-bed ridge tiles. George was happy to add little extras to treat the job as a bit of an external makeover (sills, pipes, door step). Competitively priced quote and fitted in the job quickly. Once started on the roof, he was able to advise as to the overall state and options for additional work required (which it was!), and do it at the same time as the rest of the job. Where he found work wasn’t required, he was honest and reduced the price without prompting. Provided daily updates and photos of progress, especially to areas of the roof we couldn’t see, as well as cleaning up well each day. All work completed to a good standard and on a couple of minor issues, apologised, resolved quickly and with no fuss. A difficult job due to the age of the roof, but now refurbed instead of replaced and with a 25 year guarantee, and the walls look much better and hopefully now keep the weather out! The workmen were friendly, professional and tidy. All the work to the walls and house was carried out to a high standard and we are so pleased with the finish.

Had a loft issue with the need to remove existing spray foam. When George and the Homefix team started the removal process it became apparent that the foam had caused the liner to rot and so the whole roof liner needed replacing, Luckily the tiles were ok so could be re-used. George quickly arranged for scaffolding and an additionl team to carry out the work straightaway. However it was then found that the external chimney stack was in very poor condition and potentially dangerous. As the chimney was never used we decided the solution was to remove it completly down to below the roof level and cap it off. The job was completed to a high standard in a few days with the whole team working extremely hard in unpleasant conditions. They also cleaned up all the mess and left the site and tidy. I am very pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Homefix, I would certainly engage them again should the need arise. Well done guys.

Many thanks to George, Chip and the rest of the crew for their hard work and efficency on what should have been just removing the loft foam insulation to having to remove the tiles and repairing the rotton wood work caused by condensation. All the work was completed quickly (5 days) and we were kept informed all the time. Would I recommend them the answer would be definitely yes

We had a really MAJOR project to carry out in Yateley, 3000 miles away from us. George and crew were nothing short of sensational. Instant response to needs. Daily video communication. Proactive with wise suggestions. You simply can't do better!

I had my roof and loft restored by Homefix Contractors recently. The work commenced and the team was on site as arranged and on time under the leadership of George the manager and Jonnie the on site supervisor. The scaffolding was up in next to no time and the same crew started removing the roof tiles. They were up against the weather and George had arranged for 8 men on the roof and 2 in the loft. They worked with a purpose and the new tiles were in place before the rain started. In the meantime the form spray was removed and bagged and loaded in a trailer for the tip. Their day ended at around 8:30 pm and they was no rubbish or skip on site due to frequent trip to the disposal site. The entire work was done in 3 days I must complement them for their had work under the supervision of George and Jonnie. On the 4th day 3 men were assigned to clean the site and the windows and window frames, the doors and even my utility room floor looked like new. I have no hesitation in recommending HOMEFiX Contractors Serv Ltd for work on the roof or loft. Telak.

Good communication, turned up everyday and worked hard. George always returned calls or messages very quickly. Chip ( the lead man on the job) was excellent, skilful, and diligent. Very pleased.
