Torfin exceeded all my expectations! My five year old furnace had a failure that had to shut down due to bad noises and dangerous gasses not able to be exhausted out of house. Took three days for new part to arrive then quickly fixed. Torfin did everything thing he could to get it up and running again. Service cost seams high for a five year old furnace but what else can I say when it’s cold out and having no heat.
