We loved working with Schmidt (Olga and Alan). Thoughtful design, bespoke units, excellent process management (super responsive and helpful), great materials/finishes, delivery and installation. Their recommended fitters, Gena and Alex, were also top notch - they did an amazing job for what was a relatively complex kitchen renovation! 10/10 would recommend!

Schmidt (Esme) designed a wonderful kitchen for us. The quality of the units cannot be faulted. Throughout, Esme supervised the project and coordinated installation and all suppliers. The installers (Fitters Pro, led by Ghena) are also brilliant. Highly recommended.

I stopped by Schmidt Kitchens to ask a quick question about worktops for a bathroom vanity, even though I wasn’t planning to buy anything since they don’t sell slabs for that purpose. Allan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, taking the time to give me contacts for several suppliers who could assist instead. Honestly, a 10/10 experience and I’m not even a customer! That level of service and kindness is rare these days. Highly recommend.

I needed to update part of my kitchen. I dealt with Olga who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The kitchen fitter did an excellent job too. I highly recommend Schmidt. I had no hesitation in returning to Schmidt when I needed new bedroom cupboards. Olga’s design was perfect, she understood my needs and made good suggestions. Alan supervised the delivery and the removal of the old cupboards and installation of the new ones were completed very efficiently by excellent installers.

Had such a great experience with Alan and Ash at the Islington branch! Both have great personalities and made the whole thing really easy and enjoyable. I visited a few other kitchen shops, but they certainly stood out the most by quite some distance. Alan & Ash were super helpful, listened to my situation and gave me the best advice for my next steps. Highly recommended!

He was down to earth, easy to chat with, and made the whole process feel relaxed and approachable. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency — there was no hard sell, just genuine advice based on his clear knowledge and experience. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It's rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a personable manner. We didn't end up going with Schmidt because we just couldn't stretch the budget but Ash continued to offer advice even after we had made this decision. If you're thinking about a new kitchen from a high end company like Schmidt and you want someone you can trust to guide you through it, look no further. A top-notch service from a truly decent person.

We were recommended to Schmidt by friends, and we would highly recommend them as well. The experience has been fantastic—the workmanship was outstanding and has truly transformed our home. The new units pair beautifully with our granite worktop, and the stone installation was carried out to a very high standard. We chose a soft pink finish for our units, and they not only look great but also feel high-quality. We were especially impressed with the designer, who really understood our needs and made the space work perfectly for us. We’d also like to give a special mention to Mihail, our builder from Schmidt—his professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the project.
