I called Home appliance service on a weekend and Art a service technician arrived on Monday. He quickly diagnose the problem with my washing machine ordered the part and it was installed a few days later. He was fast, efficient, reasonably priced with excellent customer service and I teach customer service so I know. I would highly recommend Home appliance service definitely five stars
I called to request repair of a 16-yr old American Range gas cooktop burner the Friday before Thanksgiving. It was the 3rd company I'd called but the first that made me feel like an important potential client vs just another bothersome person to get scheduled.
A technician, George was available to come out the same day. He detected the issue quickly and explained the problem well. He had to order a replacement part, saying it would take just a day or two to obtain.
With a weekend in between, I was not expecting it to arrive in time for the holiday but was pleasantly surprised to be notified that it was ready and George would be able to install it the same day! Having all 4 burners working made it much nicer to cook Thanksgiving dinner!
The office contact, Mike was highly communicative and friendly. George was efficient, skilled, polite and considerate. put everything back the way it was, no mess! He was also kind enough to replace my burnt out oven light bulbs for me--I couldn't reach them.
I'll definitely trust in Home Appliance Service Center to fix what is needed the next time something goes haywire, and to honestly say when it would be less costly to replace vs repair.
Wade came through big time when our freezer started making loud knocking noises. He found the evaporator fan motor was shot and the fan blade was cracked. Swapped both and defrosted the ice buildup behind the panel. Super clean and fast work Wade knew exactly what to do.

Alex fixed our fridge that was making weird humming sounds and cooling unevenly. He found a failing fan motor and a blocked air vent. Cleared it all, installed a new motor, and tested every section. Alex was professional, fast, and really easy to work with.

We had issues with our wine cooler in Mira Mesa it wouldn’t maintain temperature and was making a loud humming sound. The technician was punctual, identified a bad condenser fan and a failing thermostat. He fixed both quickly and explained how to keep the unit running better long-term. Very satisfied with the service.

Our repairman did an excellent job of diagnosing the dryer issue and resolving quickly and affordably! Not only did they help me same day, but I was not overcharged. Home Appliance Service Center provided excellent service before, during and after the repair. Highly recommend!

Our cooktop had one burner that kept clicking and wouldn’t light. The tech found a cracked spark module and a broken igniter. He replaced both and made sure the flame was even and safe. It’s like new again! We really appreciated the clean and quiet service. No drama, just a solid repair job.

Tony was awesome. He got our dishwasher fixed so quickly. Very proficient - like the dishwasher whisperer. He knew exactly what was causing the problem and had all the parts on him and fixed everything within a half hour. We will definitely call them again.
