Ryan was always prompt to attend us, answer any questions, and is always very transparent and fair about what works or not for us. They scheduled their first visit for the next day and arrived ready to start the service. My husband and I were cleaning/re-organizing our garage after moving into our home over the winter when I found a black widow and a few egg sacs! I immediately torched them, literally with a lighter, not my best move but I panicked. Thankfully it killed them all on sight but I couldn’t shake the feeling that there were more spiders/insects that were just lurking in the cracks and crevices so I called Holly Spring Pest Control for a free inspection and quote. They were able to get someone out the same day that I called and were extremely flexible when discussing the technicians arrival time. Ryan showed up on time and promptly started inspecting our garage and surrounding property for any additional signs of spiders and other insects. He listened to my concerns and what I was looking to have done and provided me with a very fair estimate on what it would cost to treat our home and surrounding property. I was sold! He explained the process in detail and was willing to treat our home and property same day! Which was amazing because I was expecting to have to wait a little while before they would be able to provide the service. Huge thank you to Ryan for all his help, he was so quick to take care of this for us and especially in this heat! He took his time, took extra time to treat our main areas of concern and was even patient enough to listen to my young child explain all that she new about black widows 🤣 Looking forward to an insect/spider free summer thanks to Holly Springs Pest Control!
