We have had this company looking after our Spanish property for several years. We have found their villa management and holiday rental service to be highly efficient and second to none. Several times, late rental bookings meant sudden changes of plans or unforeseen late requests to which HolidayRentalsCDS have always delivered. In particular, Ali Hill deserves a mention, she brings a wealth of experience in the villa management and holiday rental industry, also she efficiently manages her team of cleaners and maintenance staff. Guests always find the property spotlessly clean. They also do an efficient job of keeping an eye on our property all year with regular visits and maintenance if required. it is very reassuring to have Ali Hill and her team from HoliodayRentalsCDS looking after our Spanish property in our absence when we are away in the UK.

A fantastic stay in Benahavis the accommodation offered all the services and facilities needed for a perfect stay. A short walk to the local village meant we had the opportunity to experience different local cuisine each night. Highly recommended!
We had a fantastic stay in this town house. It was so spacious inside and very clean. Lovely large balcony and spectacular views. Ali who we booked it through met us at the edge of the town and guided us up to the house she was lovely and very helpful.
We tried to book again for this year but unfortunately left it too late and it had already been booked up hopefully we will get it again next year.

Best place to book your holidays in Marbella. Loved the professionalism and the care that was shown from arrival to departure. No need to stress about transport from Malaga airport or to airport as they can take care of this as well. Welcomed in our holiday villa with refreshments and also tips of how to make sure we make the most of our holiday.
