Grubhub projected pickup to be at 12:17 pm Arrived on time and was asked to wait another 10 minutes Went back in at 12:28pm and asked to wait longer. Lady then started making my latte after asking me if I'm also picking up a drink. No one knows what was going on. Then discovered there were no fries in the order? We ordered three sandwiches, thought fries were default but didn't get any. Fries were written in the product description. Poor experience from end-to-end How is it possible it's rated 4.8 stars on google?? Very poor value for your time and money.

I had a really nice visit at Hole In The Wall - FiDi. The space feels modern and relaxed, perfect for a casual brunch or coffee break. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both dishes and service. It’s a great spot to unwind in the Financial District.
