1st Hammam experience
We can warmly recomend this place for everybody. We had our 1st Hammam experience. We choose the basic 45 min option for 50 Euro. The staff is kind, professional and helps with everything. It is a must try!!!! :)
A wonderful sensual experience in a beautiful lovingly restored building.
My review should be 5 stars not 4. Lovingly restored, immaculately clean and oh so welcoming. The only slight quibble was the new age muzak which felt out of place in a building dating back to the 1400’s.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Räume sind sauber und gemütlich. Ich hatte Peeling, Schaummassage und Ölmassage gebucht. Alles wurde respektvoll und professionell durchgeführt.Besonders möchte ich die Masseurin Maria bedanken die bei mir die Ölmassage durchgeführt hat.Sie hat mich ordentlich durchgeknetet ( keine Streichelmassage, die ich hasse)trotzdem heute keine blaue Fleken oder Schmerzen. Ich fühle mich wie neu geboren.Очень дружелюбный персонал, чистые и комфортные помещения.Я забронировала пенный- скраб - массаж и масляный массаж. Всё было выполнено с уважением и профессионально. Особую благодарность хочу выразить массажистке Марии (русскоговорящая) которая делала мне масляный массаж. Она меня тщательно разминала, как я люблю( не люблю когда просто гладят).Сегодня я себе чувствую очень хорошо нет синяков ни боли в теле.Мария просто ангел с волшебными руками.

Highly recommended. Very old hamam which makes the experience very interesting. The staff was very kind in the entrance and during the hamam. It is less expensive compared to other options in that area. It is a serious option to consider for those wishing to experience the turkish hamam.

Toll! Super-schön! Kann man nur empfehlen! Etwas versteckt und daher vielleicht leider schwer zu finden. Es war ein nächtlicher Spaziergang durch wenig von Touristen besuchte Straßen.Aber wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Hamam. Es ist wirklich sauber und einladend und herzlich geführt.Wir haben als Paar zwei verschiedene Anwendungen gebucht und wurden auch gleichzeitig behandelt, da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt die einzigen Gäste waren (12 Uhr mittags).Wir fühlten uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben und konnten nach der Massage noch so bleiben wie wir wollten. Wir bekamen Tee und Loki und entspannten total. Ganz lieben Dank an das Team! Ihr habt für uns das Istanbul-Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet!!
A traditional Turkish Hammam experience
I found that Hızırbey Hamam 1458 was very close to the hotel I stayed in Istanbul, so I decided to visit. I highly recommend this Turkish bath. The staff were genuinely welcoming and guided me step by step through the steam and sauna until my skin was fully relaxed and soft. Then the hammam master led me to the marble platform for the wash - exfoliation, foam bathing, and a full-body massage. His touch was steady and composed, and the entire process felt deeply comforting. Afterwards, they invited me to rest on a sofa and served Turkish tea, lokum, and Şerbet. I believe this is a truly professional place to experience authentic Turkish bath culture, one you should not miss.

My wife, our adult daughter and I went to this hamam and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My wife & daughter had a clay treatment; I had the simple steam+sauna+scrub+short massage. The pressure was just right. The therapists were very professional. One hummed as he worked. The tea and relaxation after great.

The building itself is stunning centuries-old architecture, beautiful marble, and a calming, steamy atmosphere that transports you back in time.The staff were welcoming and very professional. L'architecture est tout simplement magnifique, chaque coin du lieu respire l'histoire et le charme.Le service est excellent ! Le personnel est très attentionné, respectueux et professionnel. La température de l'eau et la qualité de la vapeur sont parfaites, créant une ambiance de détente absolue. Le gommage traditionnel et le massage au savon mousse sont à ne pas manquer, un vrai moment de relaxation et de bien-être.Le hammam est d'une propreté irréprochable, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. On se sent vraiment spécial et choyé pendant toute la durée de la visite. Après un passage ici, on se sent revigoré, à la fois physiquement et mentalement. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je le recommande vivement à tous

Une expérience fabuleuse dans ce hammam historique. Le rituel du bain était exceptionnel. Le "kese" (gommage) laisse la peau incroyablement douce, et le "köpük masajı" (massage à la mousse) est un moment de relaxation absolue, un pur bonheur sous une montagne de mousse.Le service était parfait et le lieu magnifique. Je recommande à 100% pour découvrir le vrai hammam turc. C'était inoubliable.

Hızırbey Hamamı is not only the oldest bathhouse in the area, but also one of the best. Stepping inside feels like traveling back in time, the historical architecture and atmosphere are absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, very professional and friendly. Perfect first Hamam experience
I spent a wonderful morning here together with my partner, experiencing both Hamam and massage. It was very peaceful and quiet inside. The workers had a relaxed attitude and were incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They provided excellent service and English-speaking guidance throughout the experience for us first-timers. All rooms and amenities were clean and very pleasant. The hall with the hot marble stone is a magical place, with all other rooms providing a private and comfortable atmosphere. My partner and I were together in the same room at every step. When you go, take your time and really soak in the atmosphere; this is a place in which to truly relax inside and out.
