I have used this program for abut 10 years. The best thing about this system is it is simple and easy to use. My only pet pee is that when the price doubled a couple years ago and I inquired about the change, I was told it was for all the updates that their customers were asking for to be included in the programing. I have asked several times for an option to give a refund when someone cancels a layaway, but I still haven't seen it included. The changes to the software that were implemented, do not work well. I wish they offered the original software and made 'upgrades' an additional purchase.
We've been using them since Y2K was set to strike. They've been very helpful and responsive as well as proactive. If you want to run a solid business with accounting based financial reporting and inventory controls for a fraction of the price of the others on the market, go with Hi-Tech.

HiTech Pawn has been wonderful for our shops! The system is easy to navigate and to figure out, and if ever we are stumped the tech support through HiTech is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them to anyone in the industry!

HiTech is the only software I’ve ever used. It’s a breeze to navigate the program. Audits go smoothly with the reports that are built into HiTech. Accounting is a strong asset as well.

Excellent Customer Service
Overall: We have been using Hi-Tech Pawn software since we opened in 2011. The software is very user friendly and the tech support is excellent! Reports provide information needed for management. Pawn Gallery Arkansas Pros: Very user friendly with excellent customer service. Reports are excellent. Cons: I haven't had any issues with the software.
Rose rates from 300 to almost 900, huge increase and no reason to increase THAT much in one year.
