This is one of the agencies I approached to find a replacement helper. Esther responded on the same day. I approached many agencies, lots of them provided me candidates to interview, but i guess Esther got lucky with a candidate who I found suitable based on video interview. What i like about Hire Trust Pro is that they were understanding enough to provide maid runner service at a reasonable price of $50 to send my previous helper back to another agency (i got my previous helper from that other agency), even though they were not obliged to do so. That other agency asked me to send my helper back to their office during office hours on my own (i am heavily pregnant). Esther and her husband Ed (co-owners) also provided me some counselling since this was the first time I had hired a helper from another agency and the issues i faced with the helper were things i did not expect to face. They also gave me advice on how to handle the day i send my previous helper back to the agency, paperwork required etc. They were responsive in their communication while I was a bag of nerves. Their paperwork is thorough, and they are helpful to help onboard my replacement helper from them with a document i sent them the day before deployment. So far my interaction with them has been a pleasant experience.
