We hired chairs from Hireall for our DIY wedding, and the whole experience was so easy from start to finish. Getting a quote was super straightforward, and the team were really friendly and helpful throughout.
The chairs looked great on the day and arrived right on time. They were collected the following day, which made everything stress-free and simple for us.

We used Hireall for the majority of items needed for our outdoor wedding kitchen a couple of weeks ago.
After using them a few years back when providing mobile catering services, and being completely satisfied it was an easy decision to use them again.
Booking is easy, delivery was promptly on time as was collection.
We hired cutlery, gas oven, chaffing dishes, bain marie's, coffee machine and a refrigerator. The only issue we had was that there was an issue with the refrigerator and as we didn't arrive at the location til 1pm and the company had already closed for the day, we were unable to resolve the problem. But we we're issued a genuine apology and refund as soon as possible.
We'll happily be using them again.

Excellent service from the beginning. Clear pricing, delivered on time and collected when suited us. It has been a pleasure to deal with the office me the drivers. The champagne coupes were perfect and the tables and benches exactly what we needed for our wedding! We will definitely use Hireall again for our next party
Used Hireall for a recent event. We had great communication from the team and an almost 50% saving on our previous hire of glassware etc.

Brilliant service, I have been using Hireall for years, they are a family run business, extremely communicative, happy to accommodate short notice equipment changes (as this can be a given when running an events organisation), very professional, friendly and overall accommodating of needs. Tables are good quality, and there is always someone quick to respond to an email or phone call if needed. I would highly recommend, I will continue to use Hireall for any further business needs.

As a wedding venue, we have hired chairs and tables from Hire All for the past three wedding seasons. The admin service from Mel and delivery/collection via Paul has been excellent... always friendly and helpful and we've never been let down. If you are looking to hire for an event I thoroughly recommend their services.

Hireall sent us dirty table clothes and tables the day before the wedding which we had to get replaced. This meant we were not able to prepare the wedding venue fully the day before and my family members were prepping the venue on the morning instead of getting ready for our wedding.
We had no apology and Hireall refused to offer a refund despite failing to deliver on the day and significantly impacting our plans to get our venue ready. Would not recommend.

As a business that prides ourselves on customer service we are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately our laundry service had let us down with these table cloths by not being sufficiently cleaned. As soon as we heard of the problem we replaced all table cloths as well as being very apologetic. On speaking to the people at the venue we felt this had rectified any issues this had caused. There was also an outstanding balance left to pay which we which we voided as a way of a refund. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We had an Indian christmas event and I ordered chairs and tablets less than 7 days before the event. However my dad took ill and we had a massive flood in the house, which caused the ceiling to collapse and I asked for a refund, less the delivery costs, and there was not empathy towards the event being cancelled. All suppliers refunded me in full but this company was extremely unprofessional and failed to respond to an email I sent last week. Do not use this company as they will give you broken equipment. Whilst the offered £200 on my next order, I certainly won’t be ordering from them; given that we are a Sikh family who host several events on a year, they have lost a lot of business
