Everything was fine but the charger for the battery did not work at all. We had to use our own charger the entire time and this is not the first time we have had issues with the equipment that we have rented

battery life was OK, but less than listed for the XL model. Also service would drop out and require a restart of the device multiple times per day

just as smooth of a process as last time. appreciate the quick replies via email. i feel like the device actually lasts for almost the whole day now with mild-moderate use, but i still charged it on longer drives for GPS. there were some remote areas of iceland where the device didn't work, but i'm guessing that may be true of any device. i do wish there was an easier way to wake the device from deep sleep; i had to find the pouch, hit the button, and then put everything away, which was a bit cumbersome while hiking. highly recommend for anyone traveling in europe! incredibly useful for my 6-wk trip!

This service worked great for us! We got an unlimited all-Europe plan for our family of six, and we traveled to 6 different countries in 2 weeks. We generally had a good signal and hassle-free performance. The only issue was if we separated into different groups and weren't all close enough to reach the device's signal. We loved having our own private wifi while traveling in France! The ordering was easy, the price was very reasonable, and we appreciated the prompt shipping before our trip/free return shipping. Our biggest issue was that the byte counter on the device reset itself to zero midway through the trip, and so we had no idea how much data we had used and how much we had left. Is there a way to check data usage online next time? The device also lost service and had to be rebooted probably 10 times total over 2 weeks, which was okay, but not ideal.

The pocket WiFi worked really well and multiple devices can be connected. My only complaint is that the pocket WiFi overheated and even though it has charged overnight and was at 100% by noon, the battery was down to 30-40%.

Connectivity poor where needed the most. Didn’t need coverage in metropolitan areas. Needed it “everywhere” as advertised, Massive waste of money. Will not use this service again.
