My stay was overall a peaceful one. The parking spot was great but it was tricky for two reasons. One being that street parking was very limited, making it a little difficult with two children in the car (garage key is in the apt obviously). Second, the garage is at a very steep angle. I was made aware of this in Greta’s instructions so it wasn’t too much of a surprise. Just tricky with a low car is all. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The place is clean and lovely, the bed was so cozy, the neighborhood is pretty quiet, instructions were simple and Greta couldn’t have been a more gracious host. Her response time to any of my messages was almost immediate and she was so kind. It was perfect!

This apartment is very nice. spotless and clean. beds are comfy and it's quiet at night for a restful sleep. has it's own parking spot, thats is a big plus because street parking fills up quickly in the late afternoon. super nice kitchen with everything you need. Gerta is a great host and responds quickly ! !

Seamless check-in/check-out process. Loved the kitchen stocked with snacks and kitchen equipment perfect for home-cooked meals. The floor heating was exceptional as it gets cold near the coast this time of year. We also appreciated the parking spot included and in unit laundry available. Overall, we felt right at home at Greta's listing and would recommend it for its location, value and, above and beyond hospitality.

Greta’s place was perfect in every way. Was super cozy and clean. Easy access and a covered garage space. Had everything I wanted. I didn’t want to leave. Felt like home as soon as I entered. I recently stayed at Greta's two-bedroom apartment in Long Beach, CA, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was incredibly clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. One of the highlights was the two king beds—so comfortable and perfect for our group of four.The cute patio was a lovely addition, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy some fresh air. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the walkable distance to the beach. On our second day we noticed that the door to the outdoor space didn’t lock properly and sent a message to Greta about it. She replied quickly and the door was fixed within ours without any inconvenience for us at all. We would absolutely use this Airbnb again if we come back to LA!

Greta place was very nice and it felt like home.. you have a nail shop across the street, a corner store at the corner. I brought my mom out to Cali with me for the week and she enjoyed the place.. the only thing i can say that would be a con, is about "parking". If your not there early you might not get a spot on the street.. but the parking garage was very helpful. i will be returning <3
