Alen picked us up at 2.30am as arranged to take us to Gatwick. On the M3 a warning light appeared indicating a loss of tyre pressure. We were very close to Fleet Services. At 3.45 he decided it was not safe to continue. However, at that time of the morning he was able to contact another Taxi company who arrived promptly to take us the rest of the way to Gatwick. Thank you for your professionalism, we arrived for our flight in good time.

My family and I used Hinton Cars to get to and from Gatwick, they came highly recommended and it's fair to say that from my first enquiry to our journey home after our holiday we were very happy. Allen is a great driver, he arrived before time at our house to collect us and arrived on time to collect us from the airport. He is very friendly and was also great with our children. I can't recommend this company enough, we will not only be using them again for longer journeys but will also be using them for more local trips when we decide not to drive. Thank you Hinton Cars for a relaxing start and finish to our holiday.

poor service Had a taxi booked last week which turned up 20 minutes late. Booked another taxi for today and asked for this to be delayed by 5-10 minutes and had a very rude man on the telephone, not helpful at all and decided to just cancel the taxi instead. Call handler very rude, not helpful, not a trustworthy taxi firm at all.
