My friends and I have done the 13-day Manaslu Circuit Trek. It was absolutely amazing!! I would 100% recommend going with Himalayan Masters for this trek. Highlights of the trek: - The surroundings are epic. From green, lush, jungle-like environment to higher altitudes being surrounded by snowcapped mountains. - It's very special to go through the tiny little Nepalese villages and see from up close what life in the Himalayan mountains is like. - Although it is 11 days of hiking, it's definitely doable if you have a general level of fitness. It's not a technical hike, just be prepared for 5-8 hours of hiking every day, going up and down or sometimes even flat for a bit... Why go with Himalayan Masters? - We had a great guide (Suda), and were supported by two porters (Raju & Dab) who were also very sweet and helpful (and strong!) - The company does a very informative briefing the day prior to the trip, which makes you feel prepared. - The company offers a lot of extras, with no additional costs: water-purification tablets, hiking poles, a warm jacket and a sleeping bag. They also gifted us a summer cap, a water bottle and a really nice waterproof duffel-bag (comes with paying for a porter). Quite special how this is all included in the price of the trip. - They offer the option of taking a jeep from & to Kathmandu. This costs extra, but is definitely worth it! The drivers drove safeley, eventhough Nepalese traffic is kind of insane. - The guide had a saturation measuring device, to check up on us while climbing to higher altitudes. Not all companies have this, but it's reassuring that they can check on you this way. Recommendations: - Book with Himalayan masters! - Buy some of the things on the packing list in Nepal itself, such as toilet paper, handgel, snacks, sunscreen. This way you're supporting the local economy of Nepal.

I completed the 13-day trek of the Manaslu circuit with thanks to our expert guide Nobu. It was a totally outstanding experience, trekking incredible river gorges, visiting traditional mountain villages, staying in comfortable but basic tea house accommodation, eating hearty serves of wonderful Nepalise meals all under and amongst the most dramatic and breath-taking mountains. Nobu and our porter Deepak went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying each day, that we were very well briefed and ready for each days trekking and that we were safe from dehydration, altitude sickness, muscle soreness and food poisoning. Nobu was incredibly thoughtful in selecting the best guest houses, the best rooms, highlighting the best rest spots, times to start hiking and over-and-above services. The pre-trek briefing by Sandip was also reassuring and filled us with confidence on what we were about to undertake. I highly recommend Himalayan Masters and our guide Nobu.

Nobu has been working in the mountains for 15 years and he clearly knows the area well. He directed us to good places to stay, with good home cooked food. On the trail, safety was always his priority. He was also keen at pointing out the peaks we passed by and explaining any questions we had. At the tea houses, he and Deepak were very gracious with food and drinks. Often we would be offered an extra tea or a snack. We really appreciated how kind they both were, and it was clear that our enjoyment of the trek was the most important thing for them. Another thing that really stood out was when one of our group needed some of his things added to the porter bag. Deepak didn’t hesitate to offer space and he ended up carrying close to 40kg for the journey. I was astounded by the weight, but even more impressed that he ended the day with a smile on his face and was always concerned with our wellbeing. The trip was really wonderful. We got lucky with weather and got some really incredible views but the kindness of Deepak and Nobu really made the trip shine.

Exceeded expectations from start to finish!! A truly wonderful trek with an amazing team! From the outset, Sandip was a pleasure to speak with and he made organising the trek so easy. He was flexible with our timings and itinerary - including moving the dates the day before we were due to set off!Deepak Acharya (our guide) was excellent, he kept our food safe through the entire trek, and took us on a couple of special side trips, including to a monastery where we got invited in for coffee with the monks! Our porters Gopal Rai and Krishna Timalsina were friendly and happy and played cards with us each evening in the tea house. We have had a truly remarkable trip and can’t recommend this company enough!

Amazing service Earlier this month my brother and I trekked through Langtang Valley and climbed Yala Peak. The experience was amazing and we owe a lot to Himalayan Masters for making it so great!The company handled most of the logistics accommodation, and travel, such as transportation to/from the airport and all the different tea houses we stayed in during our stay. Our guide Raj was fantastic, he was well experienced and was both very informative and incredibly helpful. We were able to learn a ton about the culture and we were able to connect so much more with the people there than we would have been able to do otherwise. In addition our porter Noba was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I definitely recommend going with Himalayan Masters for any trekking you’re planning on doing!

Best trip ever- Manaslu Circuit with Himalayan Masters- no problem at all! My friend Katie and I had been talking about Manaslu Circuit and we chose Himalayan Masters to help make our dream a reality. We are so happy we did. Logistically everything was organised, well connected, carefully planned from beginning to end. Kanchan, our guide, made us feel so welcome in the Himalaya, and his kindness and patience was very welcome. He shared so much knowledge about the landscape, the villages, the people, the history, the language, the animals, the mountains and everything else along the way. One day at a time he stepped us through the plan, helped keep us on schedule and made sure everything we needed was available. He had a great sense of humour that kept us going when the days were harder. We would say he is the most professional guide we have ever experienced. To complete our team we had the ever smiling Dinesh, helping us with our carrying, assisting Kanchan and us all the time, with the biggest smile making jokes and always making us feel safe and taken care of. We enjoyed playing cards with Kanchan and Dinesh and we taught each other games from our respective countries. On the Larke Pass day, we found it really hard and Kanchan was so patient and helped us with our day packs which became too much. Dinesh also went ahead and then came back and helped. Without Kanchan’s help, we are not sure how successful we would be. Honestly, we feel like the luckiest people to have found Himalayan Masters, and to have the gift of Kanchan as our friend and guide, and Dinesh to help us too. We wish them all the best for their next groups.

Our Manaslu Circuit trek was truly an unforgettable experience — thanks not only to the breathtaking views, beautiful nature, and charming villages, but especially to our guide, Deepak, and our porters, Gopal and Ram, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. Deepak was incredibly efficient when it came to organizing the trip, but also made it fun and personal — we had many interesting conversations, and he even taught us how to play traditional Nepali card games. Deepak genuinely cared about our well-being throughout the trek (nobody got sick on our hike!). He was also very mindful of the environment (he would sometimes collect trash along the trail and is strongly against food waste). When things got tough, he always had a big smile or a cheerful song to lift our spirits. Our porters were also fantastic - Gopal and Ram always had a big smile, lots of energy (which we admire until this day) and we had some fun with them playing cards or going on an optional trek. Sandip was super helpful, and over 11 days on trail chatting with other hikers it became very clear that we had the best guide and Sherpa on the mountain. A memorable trek around Manaslu with a stay at Serang Gompa We just finished the Manaslu circuit trek with Himalayan Masters and it was a fantastic experience! The trek is truly stunning and the diversity of landscapes is spectacular. The service provided was spot-on from beginning to end. We got a very detailed introduction before booking and the company lent us any gear that we hadn't brought ourselves before setting off. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job of adapting the itinerary to suit our needs. We felt very well looked after the whole time - thank you! We did the slightly longer version of the trek with an side trip and overnight stay at Serang Gompa, which we would highly recommend, because the stay there was probably the highlight of the trek (although it is difficult to pick only one).

Highly Professional Guide Service Himalayan Masters made the experience of planning/booking the Manaslu trek so easy. I felt well taken care of from my initial outreach to Sandip through to the top of Larke Pass and back down to Kathmandu. At each step Sandip was available to answer questions on visas, insurance, hotels, gear, and the itinerary. He offered a very high level of client service and I would highly recommend his organisation.If you are able to, I recommend you request Bibek and Bharat as your guide and porter. Bibek was highly knowledgeable on local culture, plants, animals, geographical features, hotels, food, and everything else in between. He managed to get us rooms with attached bathrooms in each town where possible. He set a good pace and set reasonable expectations for each day's hike. He was always available when we needed any assistance, including one night where I felt sick at a higher altitude lodge. Bharat had a great attitude and made us feel so warm and welcomed, even as he carried our 28kg of gear over the 5106m pass. He was always joking and smiling with us, and he was very attentive to us at each lodge, helping us get seconds and filling our hot water bottles each night. He was so caring for us and felt much more like guide than a porter, especially as he helped us descend from the difficult Manaslue base camp day. They were both so easy to get along with that by the end I felt we had made two new friends. I hope to return to hike the Annapurna circuit with them one day.

Adaptable to meeting needs of clients. Just finished up the Manaslu and Tsum Valley trek. I discovered Himalyan Masters through a Reddit post and then further investigating reviews.Package was everything that was written on the tin. No complaints, flawless organisation and product/service received. I was also told my itinerary was 100% flexible, in my pre meeting. Well I took that in full swing and was accommodated by my top guide Anil and also Sandip flawlessly. Cheers guys, really made my first trip to Nepal a belter to say the least. Only given me the bug to come see some more.
