I recently ordered a set of garden and aquatic plants from this shop, and I am genuinely impressed. The packaging was extremely neat — each plant was packed individually, labelled correctly, and secured well so nothing got damaged during transit. All the plants arrived fresh, healthy and with strong roots.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for good-quality plants on a budget.

Had ordered 3 plants Selaginella wallichii,Sword boston fern,Cryptocoryne wendtii Green (large pot) recently.
Except for the 1st plant ,rest were damaged badly & size was no where close what was shown in their website.
I feel it is cheating,considering that it is a Kerala bases online store ,i decided to order as i also live in Kerala ,but it was a big disappointment.
Wouldnt recommend Himadri .
Have attached Image of the fern shown in their website & what they have actualy send.Either they should have shown the actual plant pic in their website or provided similar bushy plant instead of sending a dead plant.This is what is called as cheating

Dear sir. We didn't get any information from you via mail or via watsap. First thing is we will not cheat people even if it is kerala people or all over india people. At the time of delivery if something happens due to transportation issue we will refund or resend again you need to share unboxing pics or video. Size varies depending on availability. If you want to know the size you need to contact us before ordering if possible we will send pics or else we will tell average size ..
Dear sir in website it is mentioned as single plant and pics is shown as plant in pot. It is clearly visible that in pots it has multiple plants. Also we charge 119 rs for this plant. So we think it is justifiable for this price.

Had a wonderful experience ordering water lilies and aquatic plants from Himadri Aquatics and gardens. Truly impressed! The plants arrived the very next day—fresh, healthy, and beautifully packed. Excellent customer service throughout. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Looking forward to ordering some indoor plants soon. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. There are zero updates regarding my shipment status, and every commitment they made during the purchase has been completely ignored. They are not delivering what they promised, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Highly disappointed.
