I recently booked a trip for Sikkim with Hilly Holidays and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From start to finish, the trip was marred by incompetence and poor service. Firstly, they charge you a hefty sum for the package. Once the trip began, things only went downhill. The accommodation provided sometimes weren't even worth an iota of the amount we'd paid for. It was clear that no effort had been made to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. The vehicles provided werent in good condition and the travel part was cumbersome. Furthermore, the itinerary was poorly planned, with little thought given to optimizing our time at each destination. We found ourselves rushing from one activity to the next, barely having time to appreciate the sights or relax.To add insult to injury, several of the activities that were included in the package were canceled last minute, without any explanation or alternative options provided. The drivers would simply deny complying to the package itinery and will refuse to take you to the places included in the itinerary. This left us feeling cheated and robbed of valuable experiences that we had been looking forward to. Ms. Deepika Rai will be overcharging for everything and won't even provide any assistance nor pay heed to our concerns. Overall, my experience with Hilly Holidays was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against booking with them if you value your time, money, and sanity. Save yourself the hassle and book with a reputable agency that actually cares about its customers.

Hi Deepika … I had lovely time in Darjeeling. The amount of care was given to me is memorable…. life time . Very comfortable car 🚗 and drivers . Reached us safely to Darjeeling. Second and third day trip was excellent… I felt I am with my own family.

I was searching a trip to Gangtok and nearby area eg. Nathula Pass and Baba Harbhajan Singh temple. I was called by Mrs Deepika Rai. Deepika Rai is very soft spoken and having very good etiquettes. She has arranged the trip very very geniun cost. She had made all arrangements to pickup us from NJP railway Stn by car and transferred us to a very good hotel named Amiti hotel. Behavior of hotel staff was very generous. Accommodation was very good and quality of food was also ver good. In between I want to share that Car driver, who was a Nepali boy named Rupen was very cordial. He arranged trip very beautiful by arranging permit to visit Nathula Pass. Next day he take us to local visit of Gangtok and next day he leave us at Bagdogra airport. Thanks Mrs Deepika Rai, Driver Ripun and Hotel staff.

One suggestions from my side plz provide toy train facility or any other event to day one to all tourist because my first day was so boring. It was nice trip organized by Dipika Rai from hilly holidays. Hotels and cabs were nice and clean specially the one in Gangtok which was a 4 star property
